Unstick the fighting resistance with pulley
I loaded this bad boy up with a ton of weight and performed the lap pulldown until I heard a large click, eliminating the fighting resistance and Now they are extremely smooth. Just how it felt in the gym. You can do everything on this bad boy in no matter how strong you are I recommend. it took me two days most of the day because I kept building it wrong and had to redo parts so not too long. Just for reference I've been weight training for five years and this machine does everything I can ask for!

Weight storage rather wimpy
I am super pleased with the setup for the price. Lots of exercises available without going to a gym. This set came in four HEAVY boxes, I was glad we were on hand to help unload the FEDEX van when it arrived. The driver should have had a helper, as I have no idea how he would have unloaded this without hurting himself. Quite the puzzle to put together, but the instructions were pretty clear DO NOT tighten the bolts till the whole thing is together, as there are pieces you will need to finagle in place, and find this unit a bit on the short side for a few exercises.

The smith machine isn't as good as what you find in a gym, This has been a great addition to my home gym. The smith machine does everything I need it to, I've been using it for about a month, and I am extremely happy with the purchase.

Simply Amazing
This is the best piece of exercise equipment I have ever used. The install time is like 11 hours, so clear your schedule for the day. and nice looking. Some of the add one scuff the paint so be wary of that, but overall an amazing product!

arrived sooner than initially anticipated. Quality is top notch and took me about 4hrs to put together. I've paid more money for other home gyms that did not have the quality of this one. highly recommend it. I did make contact with the seller/manufacturer and they are very prompt in responding. You can't go wrong with this gym, and get it now!!!

Awesome sturdy, Affordable home gym
My 15 year old son put this home gym together with no problem. and sturdy while using. He uses a lot of weight. It holds it with no problem. Everything was there to put together. Nothing was missing and even there were extra pieces.

lay out parts in advance
I really love this piece of equipment. Moving parts are excellent. I literally got zip lock bags for the washers, nuts and bolts, and My only issues were that parts #1and #2 were labeled wrong, L /R , therefore after having put the entire machine together, the cables would not move smoothly. That is when we discovered the parts #1 and #2 were labeled wrong.

Great workout machine, and parts
The main issue upfront was that the parts came bent, It looked used or refurbished. I had to buy a tap kit to retap some of the screw areas. The screws would not properly fit and had to modify a bit or clean with a tap kit. some of the main long parts were bent and had to be bent back to fit properly. Finally, on the pullup bar, the instructions showed a hole for the screws to fit into, but we had to improvise as the hole was not there as instructed.

Great Machine!
having a home set up has always been a desire to mine but also a concern because of the amount of equipment sometimes needed. This machine gave me everything I needed to accomplish what I've been doing at the gym. It took my about 6 hours by myself total to put together. Only needed help a few times for balance purposes but it was extremely easy to put together and great packaging. It does come in 4 boxes so don't be concerned if you get box 1 and I've already recommended this machine to a few others looking into getting a home set up for themselves.

Incredible product arrived on time and set up the only complain I have is that my items didn't come with labels to tell them apart but I was still able to put it together i won't knock a star on that very good product I am very satisfied with my purchase!
