Ergobaby boasts a lifetime guarantee for some products, but beware. In order to replace my Aura Wrap (purchased 2022) that developed a hole, I had to provide a photograph of the product cut in half. I cut the Aura Wrap in half on January 7; the replacement arrived on January 24. This Ergobaby company policy caused a MAJOR disruption to daily life caring for a toddler and infant.

I bought this for my newborn thinking I would love it for the “newborn phase” and I definitely don’t. My son ends up sinking in it and I feel like there just isn’t enough structure no matter how you put it on.

It was hard to get the hang of it but definitely worth getting it right. Baby loves it and sleeps the entire time she is in this wrap! Would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an avid baby wearer, I was so excited to try this product! I was given this baby carrier to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Pros: -the fabric is sooo soft and lightweight -the price point is excellent for this type of wrap -easy to follow instructions -love the built in holding bag- perfect for throwing in the diaper bag Cons: -the fabric isn’t as stretchy as similar products- which isn’t as forgiving when trying to get my 6 month old baby situated (would be excellent for a newborn or smaller baby in the older months).

By far the BEST stretchy wrap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife says the Ergobaby Aura wrap is the best stretchy wrap she has ever tried! It is easy to use, lightweight, soft, and supportive. The wrap is designed for the classic inward-facing front carry position. The center marker and colored stitching make this a great choice for those new to baby wearing. My wife is more experienced with different styles of carriers, whereas I need a bit of direction when tying. With long wraps it’s easy to get it twisted when tying, but that’s not a concern with the Aura wrap thanks to the helpful markings. This wrap can be used from the newborn stage up to 25 lbs. Many stretchy wraps tend have over inflated weight limits and sag with larger babies but I was so shocked at how supportive this wrap feels. My baby is 6 months old and weighs 15 lbs and this wrap is extremely supportive and does not sag one bit. We own 3 other brands of stretchy wraps and have never felt that a baby of this size was supported. Way to go Ergobaby! Most importantly, it’s declared hip healthy by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute and puts baby in a nice deep seat with the hips and legs in a “M” position. The wrap is made with 100% Tencel, making this wrap cozy and soft and sustainably made. Tencel is a great choice because it’s environmentally friendly, buttery soft, lightweight, breathable in hot climates, and has just the right amount of stretch to be comfortable yet supportive. It’s convenient for use at home or on the go because it folds up small and fits easily into the integrated pocket for storage. This will be a great carrier to keep in the diaper bag. My baby tends to spit up often so washable carriers are a must for our family. I appreciate that the Aura wrap is machine washable. My wife hasn’t nursed in it yet but thinks it will be easy to lower baby into position. This is the best stretchy wrap we’ve ever used. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing this carrier in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts are my own and I am very impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so I received this Aura baby wrap from Stellar Product Testing Panel to try and give my honest opinion. to start I’m not a big fan of wraps. I have three children and I’ve always use traditional baby carriers. I received one for my youngest at a baby shower, but found it to be very uncomfortable, so we haven’t used it much. After receiving this wrap, I washed it and n Dreft and decided to give it a go! My daughter is unfortunately, very colicky, and I carry her around most of the day. She has a few other issues and needs to be fed a certain way and kept upright. I went into this with a bad attitude and I think that’s why I had some issues at first. So I watched a few tutorials on the best way to use these and try again. this is something that is so unbelievably simple and once you get it, it’s like second nature, you just have to find your niche! I can put the wrap on and under 60 seconds and put her in it! I love that I can roll it up and it fits in my small bag, as I take it with me everywhere now. I also love that it has a pocket and it’s not a flimsy pocket where you have things falling out or poking the baby, it’s perfect to hold your phone nice and secure and you can grab it with little to no issue. The fabric is the best part! It is so unbelievably soft yet breathable. With colic, she gets extremely bad stomach aches and screams sometimes for hours, I was finding myself always trying to wrap her in a blanket, even though she was sweaty. This keeps her nice and close to me, but she isn’t sweating through the layers. I have noticed a tremendous difference in the length of some of her crying fits. Having a colicky baby is never fun, but I will say that this rap has made my journey so much more easier. I have already purchased a second wrap in a different pattern. Now that I’m used to using them and so is she I can’t imagine going back to the bulky baby carrier. That was honestly kind of rough on my back. The baby feels like nature, neither of us are overheated or uncomfortable, and it also looks very chic. Last I wanted to mention that there are so many different different ways. You can wrap and carry your baby. My best friend has a baby that does not like being held belly to belly. She wants to see everything and even trying her in the wrap. She is able to comfortably look out and feel secure well Mom has both hands! This is definitely a five star wrap, and just an amazing concept in general.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this baby carrier to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Im a mom of 3 who always needs a couple extra hands. I used to prefer the structured carriers, but my 3rd baby can’t seem to get comfortable in them. This wrap has became a life preserver for me, and has allowed baby to actually get her naps in without getting to hot or to cold. It is made out a very sturdy lightweight material that doesn’t make me feel claustrophobic. I love that it has the perfect amount of stretch, and doesn’t seem to need to be retightened constantly. You have to be patient when learning how to wear it. Once you figure it out, it’ll become a breeze to put on. I prefer to tie mine in the front instead of the back. The bag is attached to the end of it, truthfully I have a love/hate relationship with it. I love that it’s always there so I can store it nicely when I’m done. However, I don’t like how much of an eye sore the bag is, and how much longer it makes that side of the tie. I’m so thankful to get to use this in all my daily activities!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2-month-old is the youngest of 3 kids under 4, and as such, we are always on the go. I’m familiar with using a soft-structured carrier when out and about because it quickly clips on and off. I’ll even admit that on rainy days like today, that’s still my preference. That said, I usually pay for it later, in the form of upper back pain from a carrier that often has to be adjusted frequently as my postpartum body changes. Enter the Aura wrap. I had the opportunity, via the Stellar Product Testing Panel, to try out a wrap alternative. My first thought was that the fabric was incredibly soft and breathable, which is important for both baby and me, living in a warmer climate. I want to keep her close without worrying about overheating, and this fabric fits the bill. Secondly, it was easy to put on. I’ve been hesitant to try many wraps because they always seemed complicated to tie, and no one wants to fumble through that with a screaming infant in the background. But this wrap style is very straightforward, simple to remember, and can be accomplished fairly quickly. Finally, although the fabric is soft, it still provides a generous amount of support, distributing weight more equally than our go-to carrier. This has been a great relief to my back in recent days. In a head-to-head comparison, this wrap still takes a bit longer than our soft-structured carrier to get into and out of, but is more comfortable overall. It is now my go-to for wearing baby while working around the house or for walks around the neighborhood. I’m glad I had the chance to try it out and see how much it now benefits our family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent the Ergobaby Aura Wrap from Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest opinion. You can tell right from opening the package, that this wrap is made with high quality material. It is incredibly soft and luxurious while feeling sturdy and well made. I was excited to try it out. I have a 6 month old daughter and a 2, 4, and 6 year old sons. I do a lot of baby wearing while keeping up with having three other children besides the baby. I need a baby carrier that is easy to put on and take off, is sturdy, comfortable, and supportive while I keep up with my boys. The Aura wrap was very comfortable and I loved the fabric. I found it confusing to put on and struggled to keep the wrap taut while I got her in. Once I finally had her in the wrap, it was comfortable to wear. It wasn't tight enough for me to run around with the boys though and I felt like I had to keep my hand on her to keep her sturdy in the wrap. It got easier the more I used it and got comfortable with it, but I still never felt like she was as secure in it as she is in other wraps. I do really love the material and fabric, but can't use this wrap as a main baby wearing option unfortunately. I do believe it is more user error and perhaps with a lot of practice I could get it tight enough to feel more secure with her in it. It just won't work for me in the long run when I need something I can quickly and easily put on while trying to keep up with my other kids or wanting to quickly run into a store for something. My baby did seem comfortable though and I don't think she would get overheated in it. Overall, I give it three stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I want to thank Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me to test this product thus giving me an unbiased opinion. I received this product when my son was 3 months old roughly 12pounds. I have a structured baby carrier so I didn’t think I needed this product but I was soo wrong. While my other carrier would hold his size it just didn’t get a good fit. I wish I would have had this carrier from birth. Days of not getting housework done is gone. He is so happy to be with me in this! I love having a free hand to get stuff done. I found this carrier to be very ergonomic. It was easy to put on and easy to get in the proper M shape for his knee/hips. It’s also great on my shoulder and back. I was worried I wouldn’t get the wrap on correctly but I found the video to be extremely helpful for a perfect fit! For me (5’3” 121 pounds) the material was the perfect fit. I loved being about to wrap it around so I could tie it in the front. I think the Aura baby wrap would fit a large variety of sizes! I even got it on my 10 year old. I love how soft the material is. It’s definitely true to color. Although it’s not summer I can see this being a comfortable carrier in the heat- it’s so lightweight and breathable! My favorite feature is how it folds up into itself. So easy to throw in the diaper bag. It’ll definitely be my go to carrier on vacation- hardly takes up any space! My only con would be if this doesn’t support his weight when he’s larger but as of now I don’t see that as a problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very grateful to have received this wrap in exchange for my honest review from Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I desperately wanted to love this wrap, but I couldn't get there. The fabric it's super breathable, so I think as the weather heats up around me, I'll continue trying this wrap, but it's not very suitable for cold weather (though it doesn't claim to be, so no points are being deducted for this!). The fabric is also not as stretchy as I was expecting, so I found it was a bit tough to really tighten. My currently 9 lbs baby just slid around in it and I didn't feel super stable taking my hands off of her while we walked around. I was able to do the dishes, though, so that was great! But I did really have to stand still so she wouldn't slide down lower. I tried on a few occasions to tighten, and I couldn't get it tight enough. I greatly look forward to continuing to try this wrap as my baby grows. I'm hoping as she gets a little chunkier it will be easier to tighten and have her feel more stable. I think it's worth the try, but I've found more success and comfort with other baby carrier wraps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this wrap is comparative to other fabric wraps, but what makes it different is the way it packs up and stores which makes it easy for travel! The material is soft and washes well in a machine wash. The wrap was mildly supportive, but I have a wiggly 13lb baby boy that I am trying to calm in it. As all wraps are, it is quite complicated to put on, but once you get the hang of it, it's like tying your shoes. I did receive this wrap as a participant of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wrap is my new favorite baby carrier! I was looking for something more breathable after overheating in my thicker material baby wrap. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel right after the birth of my son so it was perfect timing. This lightweight, breathable material is perfect for keeping bag secure without trapping in too much heat. The material is so soft and stretchy, it makes putting the wrap on a breeze. My favorite feature is the fact that the carrying bag is attached to the wrap, so no more looking for the bag or trying to carry around the carrier unwrapped! Being that the fabric is stretchier than other wraps, make sure to start the wrap a little tighter than you would. This will help make sure you have the correct support, once my baby was in it was the perfect fit. Highly recommend this wrap and wish I would’ve had it for my first baby!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how soft and lightweight this Aura Baby Wrap is, it keeps me and my baby at just the right temperature besides feeling soft and comfortable on the skin. It’s also flexible but still tight and secure and has plenty of length making it easy to tie and untie. It fits around my smaller build as well as my husband’s larger build. Our go to baby carrier! I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as apart of the Stellar Reviews testing panel. I love this wrap a lot. I have a few other from this brand and they are all great but this one is extremely soft and stretchy. The gray color is forgiving stain wise and also flattering for the body and outfits. My baby is a little over a month and I use this all the time at home to be hands free while taking care of the house and my toddler. The triple stitching on the sides is nice and sturdy. I have ones that are from other brands that are single or double stitched and they tend to fray easily if they get nicked on something. I’m 5 foot 8 inch and 220 PP weight and this fits well with extra room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this baby carrier. I instantly fell in love with this wrap while testing it. I wish I had it sooner when my baby was in the newborn stage and wanted to be held all the time. Our baby still loves to be held constantly so this wrap is perfect for our family. We had been looking for a wrap for a long time that would be easy for me to put on by myself since often my partner is at work and I am with our baby and needing a carrier that I can easily put on alone. The Aura baby wrap is super easy for me to use the fabrics to get on without needing another adults assistance and I’m able to tie it to my liking. It is convenient that there isn’t any buckles and it has soft breathable fabric that keeps my baby comfortable while in it. This carrier kept my baby very secure and I knew my baby was safe while I went around putting laundry away with him in it. We absolutely will be using this carrier all the time as we have a dog who loves walks and this will be great to put my son in for our walks, while I do dishes around the house, etc. I love that when I had this wrap on for an extended period I didn’t have any issues with my back feeling discomfort. Not to mention it’s super stylish and comes in a few different color and pattern options. I like a wrap that my partner can also use and this is great since it fits anyone. I love that I can use this carrier from the newborn stage up until my son hits the weight limit. I would highly recommend the Aura baby carrier to everyone. I know I will be using it with all my future babies as well as continue to use it with my current.

When I first pulled the baby wrap out of its packaging, I thought it was like every other one I had tried; I was wrong the first time I put it on. The wrap is comfortable, and I forgot I had it on a couple of times. My child also falls asleep shortly after I place him into the wrap. The material is very stretchy, soft, and breathable. The wrap is supportive and I feel my child isn't going anywhere while I am wearing him. The instructions for how to wear the wrap were clear and easy to follow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received wrap as part of Stellar Product Testing Panel. I prefer this wrap over the other 3 gifted at our baby shower! The Aura wrap has less stretch than the other brands and feels more supportive for both baby and I. Pictured is my 6 week old (about 12#); it does hold my older baby (about 25#) but she gets heavy quickly being carried, mostly from squirming to get down! The fabric is lightweight in a pretty, functional charcoal gray color. Not sweat inducing at all! I am 5'10" and learned to start the wrap higher than instruction video shows to keep baby in kissing distance. The Aura wrap helps keep hands free for dishes, chicken chores, and holding both babies at 1 time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grateful for the opportunity to test the Aura Baby Wrap through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My review title is a pretty good summary of my thoughts on the product. The fabric used is soft, but still sturdy. It also felt very comfortable to the touch. However, it is quite complicated as far as wraps go. I almost despaired watching the video tutorial from the brand on how to use the product. My baby wants constant contact and I knew the time it would take me to put the wrap together would give her enough time to through a fit and be inconsolable in the wrap. I can’t see myself using this on my baby, but for those with more patient babies, this could be a good wrap.
