The Escali Dial Refrigerator / Freezer Thermometer helps you monitor food in cold storage to ensure proper air temperatures for food safety. The durable stainless steel design is NSF certified and easy to clean. A cold storage temperature zone is indicated in blue on the dial face to help quickly verify air temperatures are at or below 41°F. Cold-holding temperature and time guidelines are included on the dial face for quick reference. The manufacturing process of this product is regularly checked and certified by the National Sanitation Foundation and meets the highest standards for public health protection. The clear dial display is easy to read and features both fahrenheit and celsius measurements. Stand the thermometer on a shelf or hang it from a rack with the articulating rear mount.
