I like the design and the colors of the lip balm, however I dislike that it could be nicer on the lips.

This tinted lip balm comes in several flattering shades, has a smooth moisturizing texture, and smells divine. Now to try all the other flavors!

Love the purple and green best. So subtle yet fun. Great over lipsticks or alone.

I love the soft formular, it was is great but I suggest turning this into lip pumping pen since I find it is easier to use.

It’s awful and a total waste of money. It is not buttery as the description says. Also it won’t go back down once you turn it up to use. Which makes it very messy.

All the people hating just dont get it! this type of container has been a trend for a while now, when you hear the clicking when you twist it, its an obvious indicator that its not retractable. Anywho! Love the glossy feeling, i bought the purple one and my lips have been smooth as butter.

It doesn't screw back down! Stupid design. Why would you make it so that once your screw it up, you can't put it back down. Or at least it should come with a warning. My 7 yr old screwed it up too far and now we can't even put the cap back on.

Love this balm. Smells good (if you don’t like balms that smell, this is not for you) and has a vibrant pink color. I wear it on when I go to work in the summer!

I know some people hate the packaging, but I didn’t have issue with it and I thought the formula was great. I usually hate scented products, but the Kiwi scent wasn’t too much. Love it!

I only use the Essence products, and I have purchased quite a bit of the Juicy Bomb butter balms. It's such a great product to apply on your lips, has a slight color and gloss for girls like me who don't want to use lipstick. I have to ask what were you thinking when you made this container? 1. It doesn't last. It's NOT cheap, and it doesn't even last a full month. 2. Once you twist it up, it locks and doesn't go back down; why?

Really stupid design that you cannot retract after twisting out to much gloss. Don't waste your money on this.

I now have #1, #2, and #5. #1 smelled so good and suuuuper buttery feel. I have to dab that one on because of how creamy it is. #2 smelled amazing and I can swatch it much easier on my lips. Not as buttery as #1. #5 smells like the old lip smackers or hersheys chapsticks from the early 2000’s lol. Love it. Surprisingly pigmented. Also not as crazy buttery as #1. These are non retracting, so I was in for a slight shock when I first tried them. Thankfully I never really push out too much product when trying, just saw some people making that mistake.

I got a translucent Coco and LOVE IT!!! Best thing I have ever used!!! Literally a lipgloss in a lip balm disguise,a very smooth and long lasting one! I'm doing martial arts and not a one lip balm has ever made it till the end of the training session. After such a cardio I'd always end up with dry lifeless lips. But not with this one! Lips stay glossy and moisturized for two hours! In my honest opinion, it is an absolute must have! P.S. And yes,ladies, it works as a click-it NYX lip balm,meaning u can't twist it back and forth,it only goes out but doesn't retract back in,so only one twist at a time to use as much as you need.

I'm amazed that a company thought a non-retractable lip product was a good idea! If it were user-friendly, the lip color is nice. However, the design is awful, and for this reason alone, I will never repurchase it. I am going to return this crap tomorrow.
