At some points looks like cheap Barbie polish when applied. It applies patchy. One coat some areas look more pigmented than others. Then it doesn’t even dry down well. Still feels sticky and it’s easy to take off. Almost like peelable nail polish. Shade vanity fairest.

For a beautifully even and long-lasting manicure, we suggest wiping your nails with polish remover first to clear away any natural oils, and then applying two very thin, even coats, allowing each layer to dry completely before the next. Finishing with a dedicated top coat will also lock in that classic, sheer glow and ensure it dries down to a hard, high-shine finish.

Online photos can sometimes display slightly differently depending on screen settings and lighting, and this particular pastel shade is designed to be soft and airy. To help bring out the full depth of the color and make it look truer to the bottle, we suggest applying two to three thin coats, allowing each layer to dry completely in between, and finishing with a high-shine top coat to lock in the pigment.

garbage
this nail polish is really hard to use and work with, even with really good nail polish remover. it's kind of goopy but also runny and thick at the same time? if it gets into any crevices, especially in your toenails, you can guarantee they're never seeing the light of day again. and why in the world is it so sticky? maybe it's just the white one, but don't waste your $10 on this. remind me to stick with the sally hansen next time.

This nail polish kind of sucks?
I don't know if I'm using this wrong, but I tried to do french tips and it's really bad. The nail polish becomes tacky immediately after applying, making it extremely difficult to manipulate if you make a mistake. Then it became bumpy and uneven when I tried to fix it. I can't say how easy it is to remove though because my acetone is even worse than this nail polish, it did absolutely nothing. Soap and water didn't help either, so I guess it's pretty durable.

Not my favorite formula
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of a clean white manicure. Unfortunately this one wasn’t my favorite. I tried it a few times and it applied streaky which is unlike the Essie formula I know. It took multiple coats to get the opacity I wanted. I think this might work better as a nail art shade. It also seemed to chip pretty quickly.

A clean white mani is the absolute ultimate look, and we completely understand how disappointing it is when it takes too many coats or chips quickly. Your bottle definitely does not sound like it was up to standard. All of our colors, including the Blanc, should flow one easily and look perfect by the second coat. We get why you went with so many coats, but applying more than 2 coats of color increases the chance of any nail enamel chipping. The layers never dry right. The color is way off from the nail polish. The color, Lady Like, looks pink in the picture and this is a definite brown in person. So disappointing.

Difficult to work with
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know white nail polishes are usually thicker because of the pigment, and this one was no exception. The formula felt very thick and streaky, making it hard apply thin, even coats. The brush also left visible lines, and thicker coats took long time to dry. Unfortunately, white polishes are usually more trouble than they're worth for me.

This pure white color should still flow easily onto the nail and by the second coat, the color should be perfect. It sounds like your bottle was not the typical consistency for this color, if the polish is too thick, streaks and long dry time are the result.

It also dries pretty fast as well which I love! So far my nails have lasted a while too so it has good wear! Gonna get some other colors because it's honestly really good.
