The first coat dried within 10 minutes but it definitely required a second coat for coverage and I feel like it never dried. I waited 20 minutes and I was still able to put fingerprints in it. I’m not sure if you are expected to use a top coat but I don’t paint my nails often and don’t have anything like that at home. I would not use this again because it was way too much trouble and I don’t have the time to sit around all day waiting for nails to dry and never touching anything.

The color is cheerful and fresh, like a lemon sorbet on my nails. It goes on smoothly, and with two coats, I got a nice even finish. I love how bright and fun it looks without being too loud. The texture is thick and very easy to apply. One coat is enough! I love the brush, wide and big. Mase application is so easy. The nail polish lasted for a few weeks.

Essie makes great nail polish that applies beautifully with two coats. It last longer than most polishes and I find I don’t have chipping issues.
