Works great if your menopause is mild
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These worked for me the first week and a half or so I was taking them . I no longer had night sweats . My mood was more manageable. I wasn't as irritable. They where easy to swallow and it wasn't difficult to remove them from the packaging. They gave me the energy I needed to get through the day. Then I seem to hit a plateau and it felt like I needed something stronger. These will definitely work for someone who has mild menopause.

Did nothing for me....
Took consistently for a month, but I couldn't see any difference with any of my symptoms. Very disappointed.

Works great
I've been taking this for 25 years. I had a hysterectomy at she 39 and the hot flashes were terrible. This had helped me 100%. I stopped it for a week and I was miserable. Won't do that again!

Doesn't Work
Doesn't work. I took this every day for two months and nothing changed. My hot flashes are still as frequent and intense as before. This should have been enough time to see a difference. Taking it any longer for no result is just a waste of money.

Not for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying the product I had a bad reaction to the Ashwaganda and had to discontinue using it. It caused stomach cramps and nausea and I had to stop taking it. I was disappointed that it did not work for me.

Just okay - helped with flashes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have taken the product for a month now, and the main benefit that I have seen is reduced night sweats and hot flashes. Other than that very little changed I did take the pill every morning - not sure if I will continue. Was hoping for more significant benefits. As for the pill itself, it was easy to swallow, and was not hard on the digestive system at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer terrible menopause symptoms including trouble sleeping, and everyday hot flashes. I have the type of hot flashes that occur all day and turn my face bright red. My doctor offered hormone replacement therapy; however I refused due to the significant side effects. I've tried essential oils and other OTC products that do nothing. I tried Estroven for a full two weeks. And while I'm still having hot flashes, my sleep is significantly better and I'm waking 1 or 2 times at night being overheated rather than the 6 to 8 times I was waking up previously. I have extreme menopause symptoms that my doctor says may never stop; it's been 6 years. So to find something that is easing my symptoms is just amazing. I will continue the Estroven for the better rest and also see if more time might ease my daytime hot flashes. I highly recommend trying this. For anyone who has experienced menopausal symptoms, finding relief is important.

Amazing Product

This has helped to make it a little easier to endure. Even though I have only used this for a short period I am starting to see results. My hot flashes have shortened and I feel much better. Estroven the new generation in menopause

Didn't work for me but may work for you
I know my review is poor but only becasue it didn'tworknfor me. This is not an attack on the brand or the quality. The price is competitive with other brands. My review is to let others know that if you are taking Estroven complete therapy due to hysterectomy and not getting any relief that it's OK to try other brands. I did and now I feel normal again. Unfortunately the ingredients in Estroven did not work for me but as you read work well for others. Estroven has a 100 percent money back guarantee so why not give it a try. This also contains black cohosh which I did not know. If you have had a historecomy due to endometriosis or have endometriosis you should not take Estroven. This pill is a one a day and not a capsule which is great and it's tiny. The other brands are capsules and you will need to take two. Some are tiny and others are larger. I recommend a brand that does not contain black cohosh.
