First night trying these, I had never felt so relaxed and melted right into my bed, I didn’t feel the urge to toss or turn I feel asleep so peacefully, like never before! I wanted to cry the next morning, like is this what normal sleep feels like!? unfortunately after a few days it no longer gave me the same chillax feeling, but I still take it a few times a month to wind down and go to sleep. It gives no energy for me, but a calming sedative effect, not like actual pharmaceuticals, but these work well enough if you want to take a break from actual meds.

Packaging was sufficient. Not sure of the packing was maybe not enough, but the tablets are quite crumbly. Maybe half the bottle has full tablets, but the other half are broken into at least 2 pieces. Also, the smell is outrageous! Not a bad smell, just a very strong smell. It's so.etimes quite difficult to take these tablets if you are not ready, meaning holding your breathe for the moment so as you do not smell the tablets coming at you. They could maybe use a coating, as much as I dislike adding anything "extra" to supplements, these could use a binder and a coating.

this supplement is very hard to swallow. make sure to drink a lot of water with it. i had to break mine in half because it is uncoated and large. i guess i didn’t drink enough water with the second half of the supplement because it got stuck in my sinus tract and i was blowing chunks of ashwagandha out of my nose for three hours. it was so painful and scary until i realized that it was ashwagandha coming out of my nose. the benefits of taking ashwagandha were defeated because i did know what was wrong with me and i was terrified.

I noticed a difference right away! I’ve taken Ashwaganda pills before with a much lower amount of milligrams and felt no changes but this one is so much better. Once my coffee had worn off I still have natural energy throughout the day and I don’t react to stressful situations the way I normally would. I’m recommending this to everyone
I feel much more calm in my work and throughout the day, but not groggy or foggy, good energy!

First time using this product and I am so very impressed! I started to see results right away. I take one every morning, I'm on day 5,and it's great to experience a sort of blocking of stress when situations at work arise. My body doesn't give into it as it did before. Honestly, I didn't expect results like this at all! I was just kinda hoping to find a bit of relief but these capsules are truly a life changer for me. Bedtime isn't a struggle anymore, I just naturally start the process of winding down. Will definitely continue purchasing this product!

I highly recommend this product. I often take it when under stress, at night if I'm wired up, and especially after a challenging day at work. It is gentle and calming. Also, it has no additives or fillers, a definite plus when comparing brands.

After extensively researching this herb for safety and effectiveness, I ordered it for stress relief. It worked to keep me calm, but it did almost make me sleepy with taking just one. I think I slept well that night, but I need to make sure I take only on days of high stress. Otherwise, I think it makes me rather sedate.
