Product has changed
The packaging, along with the formula, has been changed. I've been using this for over ten years. I've never had a problem. Now my face has redness and puffiness after use. It's almost instant. I tested it. I went a few days without to see if this new cream was actually the issue. It would clear up, and then using the cream again, back to redness and puffiness. I'm pretty sad because this used to be wonderful for my sensitive face skin. It's upsetting when a great product changes. I'll look elsewhere now.

Over time, it seems to cause some minor irritation (probably the urea), but that isn’t a problem if I use it every other day. I probably will not repurchase though, because it’s a little tedious doing that.

Big Disappointment
This cream broke my skin out overnight. I applied it before bedtime and I woke up with a red rash all over my skin and neck. I had lots of whiteheads as well. Aside from the bad reaction, this cream feels uncomfortably tight and heavy on the face and I couldn’t wait to get it off. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this product if you have dry, sensitive skin like me.
