Q: Is there a drainage pipe? Does it have to be elevated to drain?

A: Hi， Thank you for your inquiry. Our air conditioners have two drainage methods. The frequency of manual drainage depends on the humidity level and usage. When the machine stops due to a full water tank, you may need to elevate the unit to empty the water tank. Continuous Drainage does not require elevating the machine, provided the hose is properly set up and maintained. With continuous drainage, the water is drained automatically through a hose.
