Everything I put on my delivery instructions they did not follow. Im handicap and they left it on the ground floor instead of bringing it up to me. Had to call my kids to bring it up to me. How the heck do you leave a package at the bottom of the steps. Won't be ordering from Target again. $600 stroller n carseat. Iv bought two this year. Nit anymore

We’ve had an amazing experience so far 1 month into use. Stroller is VERY smooth. The frame to the stroller is almost a metal material, but it’s still very nice. I saw some people say they had issues with the latches getting stuck, but we’ve had zero issues. As long as you push the release lever all the way down BEFORE lifting there’s zero issue. The turning feature is very nice for our smaller vehicle and the entire system is fairly light for its size. The ONLY negative we see is the lack of cup holders. The one it comes with twists when in use so there’s potential for drink spillage! I’m sure you can buy an attachment to replace it but something to keep in mind!

Target sent me the wrong color! I ordered Amaranth Pink and received Fossil Grey. Now there’s only 1 in stock of the pink. This is the second time I’ve had an issue ordering a car seat from Target. When they had the Joie for sale for pick up they told me it was ready, I went to the the store to pick it up and waited almost an hour just to go back to my app and see that they cancelled it after telling me my pickup was ready. Very disappointed especially given all the money I give to Target.

It’s super light weight with 180 degree rotation of the seat that would come very handy with my yet to be born baby! After searching multiple brands, comparing prices, reviews from other customers, I decided to buy this stroller and it couldn't have been a better choice. My baby is not yet born but we already put it together and ride it to see how it feels, how it rolls, the space it has, the accessories, etc. , and we are very happy. Spend your money elsewhere
Invest in something better. I’m upset we paid so much for such a poor product. My baby is 6 months now and has outgrown this car seat. When he was an infant, the newborn insert caused his head to fall forward and it looked extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. When the car seat is not on the base it rattles. We have recently converted the bassinet to a stroller and my baby hates the stroller function, he looks so uncomfortable and I feel like he’s being pushed forward because where he sits inclined forward. The material is cheap and the stroller is scuffed from folding it, the handle hits the ground. Overall extremely disappointed in the product.

First time parents stay away
I love this car seat the quality seems good however as a first time parent if I could go back in time I would pick something else. 1) There isn’t much information online if you need help setting it up or even how to put your baby in the car seat it doesn’t exist. We had a hard time figuring out how to adjust the straps. 2) everything requires two hands putting the handle down, folding the stroller part etc it’s not hard by any means but juggling the diaper bag or anything else you have while trying to adjust things makes it hard 3) for a newborn the neck support isn’t great even with the cushions the neck still leans over quite a bit I had to buy a little cushion to keep his head up. Overall I do like how the seat rotates, the feel of the stroller seems like good quality however as a first time parent I would probably pick something else.

I love the stroller, bassinet set up but the actual car seat is horrible! My newborn is so hunched over in it I’m constantly stressing on whether he can breathe or not! I’m crying bc I thought I did enough research on which travel system I wanted but this car seat gives me so much anxiety I don’t want him to leave the house

Invest in better quality
Car seat is too small Baby is 9 months at 24 lbs and doesn’t fit in anymore. There’s not enough support and cushion on the car seat. Bassinet front handle is too high and prevents from removing baby with it attached. I like the rotation car seat feature and how easy is to swap from car seat to stroller. But i wish I invested in something better. I wish I could get a refund but it exceeded the return time.

I guess I should have read all of the negative comments before purchasing. When a newborn is in the seat their head/neck is slumped and bent in a way it makes you worried about their posture and breathing. The padding is terrible and doesn’t seem comfortable. My baby is old with neck strength and his head still slumps when sleeping, it cannot be good for him. Do not waste your money on this product. Also I can’t stand that the stroller isn’t easy to open or collapse with one hand. And when you do collapse the stroller the handle hits the ground and scuffs the product, clearly not designed by someone who actually uses this product. Also the base doesn’t seem sturdy at all. Please just don’t buy.

WRONG STROLLER SENT
Target sent me the wrong stroller. I order this stroller and got a pivot instead.. that is hundreds of dollars difference. I just realized it a few months after purchase and cannot return it now!
