The Ogee decorative curtain rod and finial set has an open, airy design with a matte finish rod and wavy iron strand sphere shape finials. This set will provide a visually balanced appearance for your window treatments. The 2.5" diameter x 2.6" long finials will insure that your window curtain panels will remain securely on the rod. The 1" diameter iron adjustable curtain rod is designed to fit a wide range of window widths, and has a sturdy 25 lb. capacity that will support flowing sheers to thermal blackout panels. The 3.5" fixed depth projection bracket provides a gracious amount of space for fabrics to drape perfectly. I don't have a 4 poster bed or anything, but it's very sturdy and now I need to find better curtains to put on it and not sully the quality of such fine workmanship. It comes closed and just twists out to the full size. Definitely love it.

I Love the Airy Design of the Rod!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really liking my Ogee 1" Curtain Rod! It's easily adjustable. I use nearly all 72 inches of this rod as I have a very large window in my front room. I really like how sturdy it is as I prefer to use the black out curtains, which tend to be heavier. This rod will hold 4 panels! I like that it is easy to clean by just using a dry cloth to wipe over the area that needs treated. I love the design of the spherical ends! It adds a nice touch to the front room. So much that I am going to get more for my dining room. Maybe even for my bedroom too! That's what wonderful about this particular curtain rod, it can dress up any room in the house! Very happy with it!

This is the second time I tried to buy a basic, normal curtain rod from target, and I'm not sure what this even is. The finials don't come off. Again, the finials don't come off. How do you use a curtain rod where the finials don't come off. I guess if you want to separate the rod, hang drapes, then allow them to turn into curtains of dust. The finials don't come off. What is happening.

Dont Buy, save the headaches!
Total hunk of junk!!!!! Very poor quality, has the look I was going for but everything else is disappointing. Do not buy if you expect to hang heavier curtains, will not hold. There is something to be said about paying more for quality. I wasn’t going for cheap but ultimately that’s what I got. DO NOT BUY! Save yourself the frustration and spend the extra money.

Not as pictured
Ordered white version pictured with diamonds in the finale. I saw another review mentioning no diamonds received however figured they ordered a different color because the gold and white versions clearly have diamonds. Well…they don’t. Rod itself is very light weight so between that and basic finale definitely not worth the price. Target needs to get an accurate picture.
