Q: How do I keep the two rod pieces attached to each other? They do not stay together. They are not telescoping as stated. Unless the company sends an attachment piece, I will have to return them.

A: Your package should include 2 rods that are the same size and 1 smaller rod. The smaller rod should fit into one end of each of the larger rods. The finials should be applied to the opposite end of the larger rods. We hope you find this info helpful!
