Q: I bought the 120" version of this rod. I cannot figure out how to attach the three pieces together. I was able to insert one end into the part with the filial but the other end of the extension has a screw-in bit that i cannot remove. HELP!

A: There are two pieces of the same diameter, with one that is slightly smaller. The smallest diameter piece should be inserted as the middle rod. I hope this helps!

Looks wonderful!
The item itself is great and works well. However, the box it came in was damaged and one box end was nearly off and the end of the rod was sticking out. Thankfully, all parts were still accounted for and the rod end was in bubble wrap.

Not as pictured and broken
The images online showed coppery accents on the finials. Not only is the whole piece a flat dark brown, both finials are chipped all over. The packaging is terrible. It’s lightweight, which might seem great but I wouldn’t trust it to support much. I was going to use it to hang a small embroidered tapestry but I don’t think it would hold.

Not 120"! No longer than 83". Problem with packaging.
I'd have given this five stars if I could have used it. However, if you need a rod longer than 83", this will NOT work for you. It says it extends to 120", but it does NOT! Also, I had to return mine because they came with the finials broken due to poor packaging. The replacements were also damaged in the same way but I thought I'd try to use them and turn the broken sides to the back, but the rods were too short.

Packing job no good. Product fine
The item itself is beautiful but arrives broken each time. I ordered multiple times and because if the terrible way it's packaged, the end of the ball is chipped off. The have metal grinding metal in the box with little to no padding. If I could actually use the item I bought, it'd be a 5 star.
