    Great idea, bad execution

    The screen is too dark and too small. It's hard to see the activities and answer the questions. There aren't too many instructions that tell you what to do in the activities on the laptop. I like the idea behind it, but not the execution.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually the concept of this toy is very good and can help learn kids some things without distraction but the UI is just so small for this big of a toy laptop that it takes away the interest immediately from kids that are used to such high definition User interfaces today. My daughter maybe played with it for max 20 minutes and just is not interested and this toy is now useless. Interface needs some serious work for this toy to be useful at least for us. Do not recommend

    cute toy but sent a used one.

    I'm really disappointed with the company themselves. I'm pretty sure they sent me a used and returned item. The box was broken, and the item was scratched. I wanted to explain that to fix the issue, but they wouldn't replace it and would want the item back. It's extremely frustrating. This has happened twice lately.

    I wouldn't purchase again

    I'm not really a fan of how it works with the way the menu is. It seems like there's multiple things on the menu of activities that do the exact same thing. I don't think it's all that simple to navigate what you want to do on it either. The small screen doesn't make much sense to me.

    Don't waste you money

    Difficult to see the VERY SMALL screen. It’s also very dark. I would expect higher quality from FAO SCHWARZ. This was a gift. We RETURNED IT. Sounds good in product description but it’s not.

    Cool idea, not so much kid friendly

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this toy, but it turned out to be pretty disappointing. While the design looks cute and the concept is great, the actual functionality isn’t what I expected. The screen is very basic and hard to read, and the sound quality isn’t clear at all — it’s hard for kids to understand what it’s saying. The “64 activities” advertised don’t feel very engaging or educational; most of them repeat the same types of questions, and the buttons can be a bit unresponsive. It also doesn’t hold kids’ attention for long, even though it looks fun at first. I like that it’s battery operated and portable, but overall, it feels more like a toy from the early 2000s than a modern learning laptop. My child lost interest quickly, so I wouldn’t recommend it for the price.
