This never held my kids attention. Now it won't even turn on i thought it was the batteries not no. It's also hard to read the screen.

Terrible decision
Bought this earlier today. Put brand new batteries in the toy (Duracell), it's dead within 3 hours of partial play. My son was not interested in this at all, it's confusing, even for my 30 year old self to use. Would love to return it honestly but I threw the box out, this low budget laptop will probably be in the trash in the next couple days as well. Save your time, energy and money. Lesson learned on my end to look at reviews before purchasing. I'm sure this would've been the hottest toy in the 90s but as for today's time and era, it's very behind.

Not what I thought
This laptop is very outdated. It was difficult for my daughter to navigate and she is pretty good at navigating technology. This laptop is definitely giving 1990s technology. No clear activities except for the memory game. Very disappointed.

The volume on this toy is so loud even at its lowest setting. I had to put tape over the speaker just to make it more manageable. The graphics are very pixelated. My child does enjoy the games for now but I do assume it will be short lived.

Great tech toy that isn't a tablet
There are a few things to know about this toy. 1) Your child really needs to be able to read to enjoy this toy. 2) Your child probably won’t like this toy if they already use a tablet. That being said, there are MANY parents who appreciate that tablet time is a huge issue for kids. I LOVE this toy because the screen is not super engaging, but it also gives real practice in using a computer. Meaning, the kid has to do some work to play with this toy. It’s not mindless tapping, bright colors, and dopamine release like a tablet. The keyboard is pretty legit, and there’s good content on the device.

NO SCREEN LIGHTING !!!! DON'T BUY
This is the worst purchase I have ever made, and I intend to return it on the day after Christmas. I strongly advise against wasting your money on this product. Unfortunately, it lacks any lighting, resulting in a completely dark screen, which is utterly unacceptable.

Huge disappointment!
This product is a complete waste of money. If I could give it NO STARS I would! The graphics, the sound and the "games" are VERY POOR QUALITY. It is very complicated and frustrating to use. This was a gift and EVERYONE in the family gave up trying to use it. DO NOT BUY. I cannot believe Target or FAO would sell this loser! Trash bin.

My twins each bought one with their own birthday money. They had a fabulous 3 hours using the learning games. The batteries ran out and we replaced them... they wouldn’t turn on. So we purchased other batteries. Still nothing. Sadly after the initial run both laptops failed to turn on again. Will be returning.
