Q: Is there a minimum OS or android version that's needed for the remote to work? I can pair my phone and the remote but the camera button on the remote doesn't take pictures on my phone.

Q: Having a difficulty connecting the remote via Bluetooth. Works for the light, but doesn't show up when trying to connect to the phone. Does anyone have troubleshooting information? I can't find any on here or FAO Schwartz' website.

Screw issue maybe fixed
Had trouble with the screw at first but you have to actually push it all the way in. It is shaped like the screw to fit really snug so it’s not too short just push it in.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!
please do NOT BUY OR WASTE YOUR MONEY . I got the ring light as a Christmas give on 12/25/23 and it just stopped working . First the remote didnt work no matter what and i didnt mind because its not too high of a deal ( it would only change to 3 basic colors ) now it just flashing VERY VERY FAST , as in , if i was epileptic it would most definitely be a lawsuit.
