I love this tool so much! It is super lightweight, heats up super fast and you can customize the heating to whatever you like up until 450 degrees. It straightens my hair extremely fast and I am able to accomplish my finished look faster than with other brands/tools. Definitely an amazing quality tool to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have spent over 10 years trying to find my holy grail flat iron after I lost the last one in an unfortunate babysitting accident. This is it! Fast warm up. Amazing consistency throughout straightening and I never once felt like I was burning the hair! This plus my handle less dryer is a recipe for more at home styling and less hat days.

I bought this flat iron to replace one one I have used for years and I was hoping this one would be my be all flat iron but its not. It doesn’t perform as well as I hoped on natural hair.

I have been using FHI products for years so I purchased this Titanium flat iron because I have very course and curly hair. This flat iron makes my hair feel like silk and moves incredibly smooth. I brought it with me so my hair stylist could use it on my hair and she will be purchasing one as well. I also purchased your new hairdryer last year and my hairstylist loved it so much she purchased one 2 months ago. I love your products!!

I’ve had my Platform Plus (the curved red plate) for about 10 years now, it’s still working. Live FHI tools, so decided to upgrade to a new one. This one duds not straighten like the red one, hair is not as shiny and smooth either. Save yourself some money. If you have thick course, or ethnic hair (African American) go with the red plates. My old one still with so very well. With the Mother’s Day sale, think I’m buying another one. This Platform Silver Plate us just sitting in my junk basket, waste of money.

Doesn’t really heat up or make hair feel like other reviews claim it does.

I bought this flatiron for work it's trash. It doesn't even get as hot as it says .I tried it on different textures of hair it is trash

I have used the red plated Platform Plus for years, and while it still works. I decided I wanted to try this flat iron, especially since it came the Rose Gold Edition. It’s quite disappointing. I don’t feel like it straightens as well, or even gives as much body as the Platform Plus. And I’ve tried it several times, and each time, I find myself breaking out my old faithful Platform Plus. This flat iron is a total disappointment. I think FHI makes the best flat irons, however only the red plated irons seem to work the best. What a waste of money. Gave it a 3 because I like that it

After reading all these reviews i decided to stick with fhi brand, i have had thier flat iron for 10 years i purchased this one last week and it does not work! After 10 mins of straightening my hair my hair is wavy and frizzy! I dont know if it came broken or what i even tried it agian raising heat and the same thing my hair is not flat or straight! I guess i will be returning it!

I was timid with temperature but gradually increased until desired response. Did not get salon finish but was satisfied

The flatirons heat up really quickly but they do not straighten my hair. Not a good product for African American hair. I would return them but I threw the packaging away.

I purchased this styler to upgrade my styling capabilities from my styler I received in cosmetology school. This has been a game changer, whether I’m trying to get the hair silky smooth or add curls. I can count on this tool to handle both. I love that the plate is longer affording me to cover more area. Also it heats up in no time so there is no prep needed.

This straightener works great! Heats up in less than one minute and has a very long swivel cord. My favorite thing are the plates because none of my product sticks or gets crusted onto it. Definitely recommend!

These are so nice!!!! I thought well here goes another iron yayyy.....:unamused: these really surprise me every time I use them. No snag they get extremely hot on high but I only use 250’ heat only. Great buy!!!!! These will last me a long time..... If they don’t I will be back to tell all:blush:
