Q: My kid had a "Cool Loft" pillow by Casaluna that eventually needed to be tossed. It looks like that pillow is discontinued. Is this the replacement product for the "Cool Loft" style?

Q: The description says, "Fill Density: Medium," but the packaging says "FIRM." Is this pillow soft, firm, or in the middle?

I have been using this pillow for several months! It's heavenly. The only thing I notice is that it does need to be fluffed to get the stuffing distributed evenly after a night of sleep -- but I think that that's to be expected!

This pillow is very comfortable, offers good support and kept its shape after washing. I’m taking off a star because while it’s cool initially, it really doesn’t stay like that and eventually gets too warm. Prior to this pillow I had purchased the Cool Loft from Casaluna and that pillow stayed cooler throughout the night, but unfortunately that one is no longer available for purchase.
