A: Only the removable cover, not the foam. Care instructions say wipe the foam to clean.
submitted byLily - 1 year agoA: NO! The foam will not dry! Over 7 hours (intermittently) in the dryer on high…Still damp. Have no choice but to throw it out. Wish I hadn’t listened to the response that it could be machined washed.

The Threshold pillow is nice and comfy so far — it feels soft and supportive enough for a good night’s sleep. However, they’re not true to size. I bought the king size, but it’s noticeably smaller compared to my other king pillows (you can see in the picture — the one in the middle is Threshold, while the other two are from different brands). I’ll see in the upcoming months if they hold their shape or start to deflate.

Outgassing Noxious Fumes DO NOT BUY!
As per many of the reviews, the pillows have a major problem with outgassing fumes. The packaging has holes so you can feel the texture (which isn’t unpleasant) but that means the product has had plenty of time to vent. From now on, I’m huffing pillows in the store and I don’t care what weird looks I get.

Back sleeping is impossible
I tried this pillow for a few weeks and had to get rid of it because I was unable to sleep on my back, I think it was because the pillow was too high. I was only able to sleep on my left side since my right arm starts to hurt after sleeping on my right side. I would toss and turn all night because I kept waking up since the pillow felt hard against my head after sleeping for a period of time. I really wanted to like this pillow and get used to it and I really tried.. by the way there was a strong smell but it left after a couple of weeks.

Good support, terrible odor
I am a side sleeper and have been having a lot of neck pain recently and decided to try a new pillow to see if that would help. The good news is that this pillow is very comfortable, holds its shape, and seems to be helping with neck pain after only a few nights. The bad news is that the horrible chemical smell other reviews describe is no joke. I am not a particularly sensitive person about odors and it is really bothering me. I am hoping it will go away given time, but so far it is bad enough that I am deducting 2 stars just for the smell.

Horrid Chemical smell
Feels great but unfortunately the strong smell of chemicals is causing me to return this. I would avoid buying this it just reeks to bad.
