Daily Ritual, pump problems when low
I absolutely love this serum and use it both day and night. The pump however, is a problem once the product gets low and there is still serum I cannot get out of the bottom of the bottle. It's such an amazing product and with the price I just hate any of it to get wasted or unused. May I recommend a squeeze tube or jar for this instead of the pump?

FAVORITE serum ever!!
As an esthetician, this is honestly one of the nicest skincare products I've ever used. I was trying to find a dupe for La Mer's Concentrate and this is it!!! It's so hydrating and soothing but soooo light. It layers beautifully under anything I've used it with, and never pills or breaks me out, and I have very sensitive skin. I wear it with my retinol and my Vit C every AM and PM and it works so well with both. I even recommended this to a friend who was having an eczema flare-up and she texted me the next day to tell me that it had cleared up her skin! I've seen a noticeable difference in the elasticity and fine lines in my skin and I will use this for as long as it exists. LOVE 💜💜💜 *PLEASE fix the packaging so that we can get everything out of the bottom of the bottle though!!!!*

Love this serum so much! It really revolutionized my winter routine last year and helped with scaliness during season change. I never want to be without it! It’s also a perfect light moisturizer to use alone for hot/humid summer, but layers great under my other moisturizers and sunscreen.

I bought this two days ago, I always use first aid beauty products because it markets for sensitive skin. It’s definitely not for sensitive skin. My entire face has a lizard, scaly texture and is broken out in rash like little bumps. Horrible! I have used this brand for a long time and this is really disappointing.

Not a fan
I just starting using this product a month ago and I wake up with an itchy rash after putting it on before bed. The rash gets worse the next day and takes a few days to clear up. It says safe for sensitive skin when it clearly isn’t. I have never had a reaction to a serum or any other type of face cream before. I’m very concerned what it has in it that would cause this type of reaction. I have never had a problem with any other First Aid products.

Amazing results
I've always been searching for a good night serum or cream ..until now. This doesn't say a night cream however it is how I use it. I awaken with noticeably plumper skin with diminished fine lines. I will say not a fan under makeup...but alone it is amazing. It does what it says.
