The handle is comfortable, and the flip lock is easy to use. The vegetable shears are nice to have in the kitchen mostly. The handle doesn't cut into my fingers and it's pretty durable as well.

Both are light and easy to hold. I also like the fun colors on the handles. Great set for simple gardening jobs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been trying the Fiskars pruner and vegetable shears and I must say I’m impressed. I loved the design/colors and both the pruner and shears are lightweight, and made of sharp stainless steel blades with ergonomic handles. When using the shears, I was able to trim several bushes with very little fatigue in my hand. I cut several thick branches with no dulling of the blades. The handles feel a little cheap and I would have liked to have had a non-slip grip. When my hands became sweaty and I was cutting thicker branches, I felt like I didn’t have as much control as I would’ve liked. The vegetable shears felt sturdy and ergonomic. They’re super sharp and cut with ease. The serrated blade grips what you are cutting so it doesn’t slip thus, allowing increased control of cuts. Overall, I liked the set very well and would recommend them to someone looking for a good set of shears or vegetable scissors.

They are sharp, and do the job. As with anything that’s sharp, you have to use caution. It makes the job quick and very easy! You can use them on plants, and the scissors have many uses.
