She instantly noticed them when I opened the package. She's practically begged me to let her have them for her craft box. It took a little coaching for him to get the proper technique, but now he's able to pick them up and use them independently (with supervision). He is able to cut notebook paper and construction paper with these scissors without assistance. The blunt tip is a great safety feature as well. I would definitely recommend these scissors if you have small children around!

The handle is very comfortable for both kids and adults. Younger kids can fit their whole hand in to make cutting more comfortable. They suit both left and right handed. I prefer the blunt ends because I don’t have to worry about sharp ends and I feel like it’s just more age appropriate for smaller kids. I like the fun colorful print on the handles which adds a fun touch for kids. The scissors cut really well and they work not only for paper but also construction paper and thin cardboard. These are great for school or arts and crafts.

They are perfect for my 7 and 10 year old.Fiskars is the only brand I will buy.They each have their own pair so no fussing over them.I love that they have a blunt tip. The handle material is solid and not too rough. My 2-year-old daughter likes using them to cut out shapes. She is still getting used to using them, but she likes how easy they are to use versus other scissors.
