The Scissors make it Worth it
For the price, this kit is worth its weight in gold. It contains all the essentials for a tailoring emergency: needles, thread, a needle threader, buttons, safety pins, straight pins, and scissors. It also includes a measuring tape. The scissors are the best part, folding down to fit in the little travel box. They are also TSA approved so they can stay in my carry-on.

The tape measurement couldn't even go around the bust. I wear clothes between Large and Xlarge. The package lable needed to specify that so consumers don't waste time purchasing that limited tape length.

Wash my hands after use?
This thing has a Prop 65 warning. It's a sewing kit; for travel, no less. And, I'm instructed wash my hands after use? I missed this in the description. I'm so disappointed, as it looked to be such a convenient little kit.

We understand your concern, that warning can definitely catch you off guard. Prop 65 labels are required in California for a wide range of products, often out of an abundance of caution, even for items intended for everyday use like this kit.

Not the same foldable scissors
The foldable scissors in this kit are not like the ones Fiskers sells separately they are very cheaply made and dangerously difficult to close (the blades open backup while trying to close them).

WORST KIT EVER
DO NOT BUY!!! All I was trying to do was sew a button on my jeans. That’s it. The needle SNAPPED in half whilst I was sewing. That has never happened in my 50 years of life. THEN since the eye of the needle is so freaking tiny, I had to use the needle threader, however, IT BROKE the first time I tried to use it. This was the most disappointing kit ever, plus, target didn’t even have any other brands. Go to a different store.

Pretty much almost unusable due. Very cheap in both ways.
The kit is so-so. It would have been a two star if the needles were not so tiny and some not usable. There were three needles and one had no open hole ( manufacturers error) then one was soooo tiny and unthreadable… it took two of us and over ten minutes to thread due to hole size. We have had many mini kits due to be being prior military. These kits literally suck.
