Cute Bag with Cool Concept
I read all the reviews and looked at the specs but still underestimated the size of this bag. I did not expect it to be as large as it was when I took it out of the box! It’s big, so lots of space on both sides (check out my pics for reference). If you have a heavy laptop, not sure how well the straps would hold up but it’s an overall good bag. I got the plum, and it’s a beautiful color.

Love but feels cheap cooler part
Love the zipper and the two department idea. Love how big it is and easy to carry, fashionable it is. love love. But .. the cooler side of the tote feels really cheap. It feels like it won’t stay cold long enough and it feels like it will leak through after awhile. Wish the cooler part is thicker like other coolers. Still debating to return it or not. My idea I wanted one bag to carry my food and other belongings with in one bag. Perfect but cooler feels really really cheap.

Disappointed
I was really excited and wanted to like this lunch tote, but im very upset. Target sent me a used bag that was also damaged. There were crumbs inside the bag and a damaged zipper. Why would i pay for a full price and receive an old item? Of course, i returned it! The employee at the customer service was helpful on the return process, but sounded rude when i asked if there's a new bag in the store or if i could get a new bag. He told me there's this one (referring to the bag i just returned).

Work Need
This quilted bag is perfect for work because of the two in one bag. One side of the bag is for my computer and other things for work, while the other side is insulted for keeping my lunch cold all day. Also the insulated side won't leak into the other side of the bag so your computer is safe.
