Read the Fitbit app reviews before buy this. Specifically the recent ones. Also know that if you are going to try it anyway the return policy is only 30 days, and that it likely won't even work as an unconnected pedometer if you miss the window. Hands down my biggest regret of 2024

I got this to be replace my Luxe. The Luxe was definitely better. The sleep function on this is not accurate, not even close. It has me sleeping while driving. Which I obviously wasn't. It has me sleeping while I wasn't even wearing the thing. Times when I was actually sleeping for hours at night, it didn't record me sleeping. If I sleep during the day it never catches that. It's set to sensitive for sleep so it should be working.

To help cover all the bases, try restarting your device by swiping down from the clock screen to find the Settings app and then tap the app to open it. Swipe up and tap "Restart Device", then swipe up and tap "Restart". Also, try wearing your device on your non-dominant hand on your next sleep. Constantly stops syncing with the app without notifications. Will lose days or weeks of data because reconnecting requires resetting the entire app AND device, nothing else works. Garbage software.

Constantly loses my heart rate and I have to readjust, doesn't track sleep most nights, and now won't sync with my phone. It's not even a month old.

Poor build quality. Purchased for my mother for Christmas and about 18 months later, her case broke where the band connects. Her last one was the same problem and the screen died as well. These do not last and I am very disappointed in the build quality.

I bought this Fitbit a year a half ago and now that it is out of warranty it no longer works. I contacted Fitbit support for help and after several troubleshooting steps they suggested I buy a new device. It was nice while it lasted.

I love this device aside from one fatal flaw. I wanted to use it to help me get in shape after having kids. But it doesn’t count steps when you are pushing a stroller or carrying something! Basically whenever your arms aren’t swinging. C’mon there must be better technology than this!

I like how small the screen is and how much brighter it is than my Luxe. However the vibrate is weak. With my Luxe I always feel my vibrate no matter what I'm doing. With this one I miss my texts and calls because it's weak, even on the most intense settings. I lost my luxe while out shopping and of course I couldn't find it in the stores. However I do appreciate the pin in this band. It was a little tricky installing but I feel like it's more secure than my Luxe.

I am so disappointed. This is my 3rd (or 4th) over several years. I loved my Alta, but the battery life was gone. I decided to stay with Fitbit & bought the Inspire 3. Fitbit changed the way the bands attach to the unit. They used to be so easy to change - snapping into place, and they were sturdy. Now they are these tiny pin connections that are difficult to manage & pop out. And the way you have to hold the unit to attach the bands sometime results in settings being changed. The unit itself is fine, but this is so frustrating as it was good before and this is a definite step down.

Touch screen doesn’t work scrolling down, doesn’t show steps on first screen and you can’t change it, fit bit plastic part won’t keep one side of the wristband on so it keeps falling off.

Will not my stay synched to my phone, constantly losing days of step counts. Talked to the help desk many times they were never helpful. I regret spending so much. None of the features seem to work that well.

And Target only returns up to 30 days. Trying to get ahold of customer service at Fitbit was a huge hassle, and Target only has one replacement. Don't buy this here.

I have had my Fitbit for 4 months (bought it at target, which states it has 1 year warranty) and I officially don't have it anymore due to its faulty band that detached itself while I was at the store and now its lost due to its defect. I didn't realize it fell off until I got home and noticed it wasn't on my wrist. I checked the last time it synced and the time it showed was when I was at the store. I went back to the store and tried to locate it via Bluetooth finder and trying to sync it and no luck. It sucked because I loved my Fitbit and was recommending all my friends to buy one but now will be telling them otherwise if they don't make it right. I contacted support and they said "Your product doesn’t meet the replacement requirements of our warranty policy and therefore isn’t eligible for replacement." Like, what do you MEAN it doesn't meet the requirements? The band was faulty and defective! The band should not detach itself no matter what activity you're doing. I wear my watch 24/7 except for when I shower, so It really aggravates me that it fell because it's not my fault that it fell and now they don't want to make it right to a LOYAL customer. I really hope they can make things right for me, but if not I will not be purchasing a Fitbit again.

The only reason I got a Fitbit was to track my activities specifically better than my built in iPhone health app. I record an activity on my watch and it almost never syncs to the app and just disappears so unless I remember the stats from the watch right after ending an activity and immediately input it myself, it’s basically pointless. All it does correct is tell you your heart rate and overall steps/mileage for the day, not per activity.

Read reviews before buying about sinking the inspire 3. Multitudes of people can't sink it to the fitbit app. if you have an Iphone 14 it won't work at all but many other users can't get it to work.
