Glitch with pattern password
Do not change the password to the pattern option because if you forget it, it cannot be unlocked, and you loose all progress. It cannot be reset by the app, and we attempted the device reset with the help of customer service, and it still will not unlock. We were advised we have to exchange it for a new device. Otherwise it is good.

Watch is eh. I'm glad I can communicate with and track my child when they're riding bikes, but the battery is garbage. It has to be charged at least 2 or 3 times a day. As other people have mentioned, it also requires a plan, which is fine. I'd rather the battery last a full day for the price though.

Hey there, leah. We hear your concerns regarding battery life on the Fitbit Ace LTE The watch is designed to last for roughly 16 hours. To save power and extend usage here’s what you can do: 1. Turn on Battery saver. 2. Turn off Always-on screen 3. Turn off Tilt-to-wake 4. Reduce screen timeout period Check this link for further details: https://support.google.com/fitbitacelte/answer/14953584 Don’t hesitate to reach out to us: https://google.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2aStd8wsbcLGvwG

Not worth it. You need to have a phone for each watch. When trying to set up an email it kept sending it back. when you asked Google to help they keep passing you around and won't refund you for the ace pass. which is $9.99 a watch per month or $119 annually. since it's not listed on website

Hey there, Amanda. Sorry to see the Ace LTE wasn’t quite the best fit for you. For clarification, you can have multiple Ace LTE watches on one account and you don’t need multiple phones. Though each device requires its own Ace Pass and its own email address to work. Useless Product
Useless. Unable to connect to my husband or my phones, despite restarting phones, turning Bluetooth on and off, pairing and unpairing, turning Fitbit on and off etc etc. GPS can't locate, text feature worked briefly the first day and nothing else by day two. there is zero customer service available, it's all AI trouble shooting and drop downs via Google. what the don't tell you before purchasing either is that every person your child will have as a contact Must Have a Gmail account, so grandparents? Can't have a verizon/yahoo/aol email etc. Getting anyone connected is impossible. My husband and my parents never received "invites" via email despite me sending "reminder" emails multiple times so basically they never were able to become contacts. Completely making the watch useless to anyone but myself and my older daughter who go the email. I'm furious and would return if I didn't have money wrapped up in the warranty and a years membership.

Stolen before arrival - Target internal theft
I'm extremely sad because this was my daughter's xmas gift this year. The box arrived timely. I didn't notice that at the bottom of the package there was clear tape added. Someone (either at warehouse or in transit) opened the package and placed a rag inside, stealing the watch. I try customer service but no avail

Useless Piece of Junk
I would give this watch zero stars if it was possible. I have never been so disappointed by a device in my life. This watch connected to my phone for less than an hour, and then stopped sending calls or texts. Since then, I have attempted to reset and reconnect approximately 25 times to no avail. I spoke to tech support and got no further. I’m returning it ASAP.

Great device for tracking and communicating with little ones who are too young for a smart phone!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our new Fitbit ace. I love the fact that I can track my 8 year old wherever she may be. Communicating with her is super easy. She loves to send me fun messages with emojis. It’s super safe, secure, and easy to use. The fitness games are a great way to keep her moving. We are having lots of fun with this Fitbit.

It’s good if you have the app
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very durable and comfortable to wear but it will not work unless you pay for the app which is. Or something I am willing to do at this time. It’s really too bad because I was looking forward to using this for my child.

The benefits of having a smart phone without having a smart phone!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome product to get before taking the big step of purchasing a phone for your child!!! we love communicating back-and-forth. He loves the features like meeting the daily goals, and playing games. he’s able to wear it during his activities without it getting in the way. As a parent, I love being able to see his location when he’s not with me.

Great way for children to stay in contact without a cell phone Great way for children to stay in contact without a cell phone
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son really liked the Google Fitbit Ace LTE. He’s 13 and homeschooled, so we haven’t yet got him a cell phone of his own. he is reaching the point now, though, where he is getting more active with scouting activities and visiting friends, and it’s nice to have a way to connect with him through text, without the worries that come along with a traditional cell phone. My son also loves being able to play the games and track his steps while having a functional watch as well. we have found the product to be durable and has not been impacted by sweat and summer swimming. We just wish that the battery life was longer in the monthly fee was cheaper, as I can add my son to my personal cell phone plan for only a little bit more.

It's ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is ok. Battery life was not so great. Battery died pretty quick. To be able to use this product you have to have either have a monthly or yearly plan. The thing that I didn't really like is that for you to be able to communicate with someone they have to have a Gmail account. Overall it's ok for kids that are to small to have a phone.

Perfect kids watch!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, my son turned 11, and we weren't sure about getting him a phone. He can use this watch as a phone, but with control, we keep on who he talks to. He loves this watch and so do we!!! Thank u for this free product.

Must pay for a subscription to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Connectivity is alright, where I had to reset it to disconnect and then reconnect. The battery life is good, especially if your child will be wearing it as well as if you want to wear it. The watch is made for children, but you can use it as well. Just know the wrist start is small, and I have a small wrist. Be aware that in order to use this, you have to pay for a subscription, which is one for he things I don't like that you are required to do.

Pretty Cool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I let my seven year old wear this device which she thought was the coolest thing. It functions enough like an adult watch/activity tracker that she really liked it. It seems to have a pretty good battery life and is durable.

Good Fitbit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 7 year old boy loves this Fitbit, he sees I have a smart watch and always wanted one of his own and now he is excited to have this. He says it’s better than mine. He plays sports and works out with the family so this is much needed and we can also stay track of him too.

Solid Device
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I kinda want one! Gamifying movement? It's a giga pet but for fitness! I like that it can be used to text or call a select group of people. I like that I can control the use times so that it doesn't become addictive. Long lasting battery and solid design over all. We charged daily but could go longer. Location function seems to work well and track appropriately.

A super wow product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The band is durable and she loves it! Sizing is not an issue with velcro strap. Screen is large and easy to navigate. The subscription was half off and came with an extra band that unlocks more games. My 12 year old loves this item and is excited about getting moving! The charging is fast but doesn't last past 1 day it seems. I already use the family parental controls and it added the fitbit to that control panel effortlessly!
