My daily dose of Chaga to sip, usually late morning. Para immunity from nasty viruses comes from good levels of D and C. This helps make sure the vitamins and hormones go where needed. Usually the bottom of the big mug comes way too soon.

I do love this product in it does what its suppose to do is put armor on your immune system. It has a dirt/grass taste to it just be warned. Im not gonna take a point off for taste cause thats not why I bought it. So all around it gets an honest 5/5 for me. I personally take it with a bit of agave, cinnamon, and any plant based milk.
