A: I don't exactly when they changed the formulation, but these "fragrance-free" wipes have an awful smell now. Definitely not fragrance-free. Please go back to the OG formula!

A: https://www.firstaGood afternoon Wendy the stove itself you won’t be responsible for but the gas line connecting to the stove is your responsibility. You’ll just need to check to make sure there’s no leaks. If it’s the stove itself then Tenant will have to get a new one. Also, I sent a text and a voicemail but there needs to be a smoke detector installed in the rear hallway outside the bathroom and kitchen. The type of smoke detectors that’s acceptable for a fire certificate are the voice activated 10 year combo that communicate with each. Don’t think the ones you have will pass fire certificate, but they are good for now. You can move the detector that was installed in the front vestibu to the rear hallway outside the bathroom and kitchen for now. my reinspection is for Monday if you choose to go with the ones you have and it doesn’t pass the Fire certificate you’ll have to pay for another inspection which is $50. The next important violations are the leaks in the kitchen and bathroom, which I can give you to the end of next week to correct. A: Just for the record, regardless of labeling, literally no wipes are flushable. Ask your water treatment plant. Wipes of any type should never ever be flushed.

A: The box shows that each refill has a flip-top lid.

A: It shows right on the box that 8 packs are enclosed (with 100 wipes in each) and it does have a flip-top lid.
