Q: Why did you recently change the formula and quality of this product? Parents rely on consistency and quality in products they’re using on their children.
A: Hello Jackie - We haven't changed anything with this product. Can you please contact us at 800.440.0680 providing details on what you feel has changed so that we can share with our quality team. -Chareese
submitted byChareese - 2 years agoTarget staff supportA: I don't exactly when they changed the formulation, but these "fragrance-free" wipes have an awful smell now. Definitely not fragrance-free. Please go back to the OG formula!

Q: Have you changed the formula? Does it still contain vitamin E and Aloe? I bought this item two years ago and just used it recently. They were soft, strong and comfortable with vitamin E and Aloe and they were flushable.
A: Hi LaOrchid - Thank you for reaching out to Target about our amazing Up & Up Baby wipes. For all the information you'll need concerning drug facts and materials used, check out the drug facts listed below the item. Have a wonderful day! - Megan

Q: Do these have the resealable top where I can close it after use? Or do I need to purchase a wipes case?
A: It shows right on the box that 8 packs are enclosed (with 100 wipes in each) and it does have a flip-top lid.
submitted byConsiderThis77 - 5 years agoA: The box shows that each refill has a flip-top lid.

Q: I have been purchasing these wipes for years, recently I have noticed if the cap is left open they begin to turn yellow. What has changed chemically to cause this reaction? I hope it changes.
A: When a wipe stays out of the package the chemicals inside it react with oxygen in the air. This reaction sometimes results in discoloration of the wipe. This is the main reason why there is a warning on the package that says “Keep the lid close when not in use” But to be clear ALL products will do this over time.

Q: Did the formula of these wipes recently change? The onslaught of negative reviews recently reflect this since they do not smell or feel the same at all...
A: I believe they did and target will not let me right a review so I can let them know how dissatisfied I am about wasting my money...But these days companies do not care about customer satisfaction.
