Friends, I love this shoe rack. I would 100% buy it again. But I was in absolute tears trying to put this together. It's been a minute since I put it together so some details are hazy, but I do remember literally breaking down in tears. I feel like part of it was unclear directions, part of it was really needing to have a power tool to complete it, part of it may have been insufficient pilot holes. I'm so used to {blue and yellow furniture store} directions being very clear and easy and being able to do myself. But for this, I needed to have my husband come complete it for me. He grabbed his power tool and was able to do it with minimal complaining on his part. It's now in my bedroom and I use it on the regular. Seems pretty sturdy. The shelf doesn't have a stopper, so you can pull it right out, but that's ok. I would 100% buy this again, but I think I'd start out with the power tool and have a friend help from the beginning for moral support.
