(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This rug is beautiful, I ordered “taupe” because I wanted something with cool toned browns. The pattern is beautiful, not too busy. The feel underfoot is soft and luxe, not as itchy as jute or other wool rugs. The colour is the perfect mix of warm and cool tones, it’s more brown than beige. There was a bit of a mildew smell when we first unwrapped it but I’m sure that has to do with it being real wool. Overall, amazing and I definitely recommend!

I’m obsessed with this rug. It looks so expensive and feels high quality. Great thickness. No rug pad needed. This photo is from the day we unfolded it out of the package and laid it out. And this is the taupe color- it’s pretty tan in person. Nice warmth.

I wanted a soft plush rug that could hold up in our high traffic living room. So, after seeing the other reviews I went for it and I couldn’t be happier! It’s comfortable, soft, and looks very high end. It sheds but that’s to be expected with a wool rug, and I don’t think the shedding is a deal breaker. My only “complaint” is that I’m 99% sure they sent me the ivory when I ordered the taupe but I liked it anyway so kept it. Even my boyfriend who is extremely particular loves it.

It is an excellent thickness - I didn't order a rug pad and don't feel I need one, has very minimal shedding (some to be expected with new rugs), and is beautiful. We have a large dog and having a light colored rug made me pretty nervous but honestly the texture in this one seems like it will hide any dirt really well.

The purple can pass for beige if the beige is sold out. It’s a very dusty lavender. Rug is soft underfoot and a versatile thickness for living room or bedroom. I would recommend vacuuming quite a bit because there is shedding. All around great price for a large wool area rug that doesn’t look cheap and has some interest/texture to hide dirt but overall reads as white/light. Would recommend!
