A: Good luck with the webpage. They act like the feeding guidelines are a state secret. Company rep. needed my name, phone number and. Just told me to cut at the line and either use 1/2 or all that.

submitted byLeroy - 5 months agoA: Hi Susilyne, the feeding guidelines go by weight, so this information isn't readily available. Our rolls have serving marks to indicate the amount to feed your pet. They depend on the size of the roll. Use the on-package serving size indicators to slice off the right amount of food, and cut it into 1-inch cubes (or smaller). Hope this helps! -Vina

Q: Can This Dog Food Be Warmed Up?
A: Warming the product will not impact the nutritional value but can cause it to lose consistency and become runny. Also, please be careful not to overheat it and risk injury to your pet.

Q: Does this product contain Carrageenan? if so how is that healthy for a dog when it's toxic for a human?
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out. We value the opinions of our pet parents, and really appreciate you contacting us so that we can address your concerns about this ingredient. Undegraded carrageenan is found in some of our recipes at low levels, and it's only included to help maintain the form and texture. Undegraded carrageenan has been found safe for use in both human and pet food by the FDA, USDA, and is deemed natural by the National Organic Standards Board. We also took things a step further & consulted with animal nutrition experts before ever considering using this ingredient. Because of this, and based on data presented by food safety and toxicology experts, we know it to be a safe ingredient at the levels we are using. Regardless, we completely respect your thoughts & opinions, and appreciate you allowing us to explain things on our end a bit further. Thank you. - Jillian
