All Seasons Feather & Down Comforter - Threshold

My husband & I both really like this comforter. Our old one was very worn down and thin, and we were ready to get a new one but I wasn’t certain which one to commit to, as so many comforters had negative reviews. But I’ve felt like Target brands are tried & true, and even though some called this comforter noisy or pokey {from the feathers}, we love it. It’s thick but doesn’t run too hot, and we got a cover for it so you don’t really feel the feathers poking out. And I remember being used to that as a child when I would feel my own parents’ comforter, so it really wasn’t a big deal to me. And the noise is so minimal and natural, so that just doesn’t seem like it should be an issue. I also really like how it’s quilted, keeping the feathers all even throughout the blanket, whereas our old one would clump up and the filling would start to slide into the bottom of the blanket after use. I even ordered a synthetic quilt from Amazon just in case, and we decided to stick with this one. So we are happy with it!

This comforter constantly has very pointy feathers sticking out of it. It has become very uncomfortable to use because of this. Do not recommend. I have never experienced a true down comforter do this until this item.

Do not buy this. I cannot use this without being stabbed by the feathers, and they are sharp. OUCH. It is also way too warm—disappointing quality.

Look, I read the reviews and ignored them because there was a sale. Feathers poke thru and it’s intense. It’s kind of ridiculous. And now it smells weird. But that might just be me. I put this to the side and ordered a $25 one off Amazon and it’s a lot better.

Perfect down comforter. It’s exactly what I wanted for my cozy bedroom. It gives my bed the fluff I imagined. The only thing I don’t like is that the feathers come out and is really pokey. Other than that, great product!

It’s warmer than all season, which I personally dislike but maybe it’ll be nice in the winter. And the feathers poke through like crazy. I’m hoping a duvet cover smooths it out but it’s pretty uncomfortable. It’s a “crunchy” duvet which I like, but I wish I got the down alternative instead.

This blanket has the feathers poking thru ALL OVER. Doesn’t matter how many times you fluff or turn the blanket. It feels like needles poking thru all over. Definitely not worth it and I will be returning.

I have washed this comforter multiple times and it still has my room smelling like a pond. The smell is unbearable.

So comfortable and plush but somehow still cooling. Love this duvet and the fact that it maintains structure without having to constantly readjust is a huge plus!

Awful quality. feathers all over my room. And feathers coming out the seams that scratch and poke you. it hurts and is so annoying.

Absolutely love this duvet insert. So fluffy, heavy enough it doesn’t fall off when sleeping. But also not too hot.

Great for winter. This thing had me burning up in June.

So comfortable. Keeps me the perfect temp and has a nice fluff to it.

So puffy and just the right amount of warmth. We have a cooling mattress so I do think that helps. I didn’t find out too pokey or stinky. Feels and smells all of my other down comforters. Also the sound is quite normal as well. The negative reviews sounds like those who have never owned down.
