I love this product. I have been using it for a while and I have zero complaints. My hair is thin and wavy and this helps it keep that natural wave up. I use a cotton shirt to help my waves once I apply this product. I highly recommend.

I love the pump and just the look of the product. I have 2c hair and used this when I forgot my diffuser and other products and just applied to damp hair and continued to scrunch and I love the results! I used “Not Your Mother’s Kids Curly Care Defining cream to finish it off! Overall love this product so much!

I absolutely love this stuff!
I struggled for the longest time to find the right way to treat my hair. One of my good friends recommended trying Function of Beauty. I bought the shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, hair goals, and this leave-in conditioner. This changed my hair from the first wash! It completely brought out my curl and smells AMAZING! My hair is softer, curlier, healthier, and stronger than ever! I love how clean their products are for the environment too! The only downside is the price. It can definitely get pricy, but it's worth every penny! I love Function of Beauty and highly recommend to anyone!

I hardly ever write product reviews but this is necessary. I have tried EVERY wavy leave-in product that they sell at stores like Ulta. I’ve read pages of reviews of expensive products where the comments were “I swear by this” and “Holy grail of wavy hair!” and then spent $20+ on one product, only for it to not be for me. I have 2b waves and my frizz in recent years (as I have gotten older and my hair has changed) has become nearly unmanageable. This product is the best that I have ever used. It smells incredible, it did not leave my hair greasy and while the frizz did not disappear, it was a noticeable change after 1st use. I will never buy anything different - just wish I had tried this earlier before spending $100s on other brands!

Wanted to love it but...
I love the brand and really wanted this to work for me. It was my first time trying a product from function of beauty and I wanted to try this leave in to see how it is for my wavy hair. It is lightweight and doesn't weight your hair down which is awesome but for some reason it made my hair soooo dry. My hair feels so much better without it. Everyone's different but it definitely didn't work for me :(

Didn’t like this. Followed the directions for using with dry hair and ended up with frizzy , poofy hair with oily, wavy ends. Tried with wet hair and got stringy, dried out waves that didn’t look nice at all. Smells nice but that’s about it

Love the smell and effect it gives super easy to detangle but it does not do well on air dried hair. I can ONLY use it on my ends if I even think about putting it higher up my hair looks so greasy and I need dry shampoo.

Smells great and works
I really like this leave in treatment. It’s always hard to find a good treatment for wavy hair it seems. This one smells nice, I can put different add in packets based on my needs at the time, and it makes my hair soft and manageable. It’s also affordable and the add in packets come in packs of 2 which is super handy. A great product all and all.

My hair absolutely looked gorgeous on day one - very natural waves with gentle shine, just needed some frizz spray to keep frizz down. By day 2 - extremely (almost disturbingly) dry ends. Really bummed out.

FORMULA CHANGED, SMELLS TERRIBLE
THEY RECENTLY CHANGED THE FORMULA, AVOID AVOID AVOID. I used to absolutely love this product, I would put it in after every time I washed my hair. The last bottle I opened smelled absolutely terrible, a very strong chemical smell that reminded me of a cleaner or paint stripper. Disgusting :(

Great Smelling Leave In for Wavy & NiceCurly Hair
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I have wavy hair and added this leave in conditioner to my after shower routine for over a week and counting with great results. It did not made my hair limp or greasy and left me volumized with no build up which stands out for a leave in. I did not lose volume or waves once my hair dried naturally without weighing it down. This product made my hair feel soft and look better with noticeable differences in visible fly away frizz. I am glad to find a vegan friendly, cruelty free line that specifically targets wavy and curly hair.

Easy leave in treatment
The function of beauty wavy hair leave in treatment has a nice consistency. It's not too thick, but not too thin or watery. The cap has a nice locking feature and is easy to pump. Has a pleasant, citrus like fragrance. I do think the longer it stays in your hair, it takes on a little perfume smell that I don't completely like. I use it while my hair is damp after shampooing and conditioning. It smoothes my hair and helps keep the frizz away, but I didn't feel like it hydrated much. Overall, I will continue to use as needed. I did receive this product as a gift from Function of Beauty x Target in exchange for my honest opinion.
