At best junk, at worst a parents nightmare
Watch mostly worked for 6 months. Found out it didn’t work when my kid was walking the dog, and instead of being gone 20 minutes, was gone for an hour. I texted and called her and zero of it went thru. She also could not text me. Super terrible reliability! Oh, and it stopped tracking her movements. Resetting, updates, etc. are a chore. App freezes, then watch freezes. They take turns doing nothing.

We have had chronic issues with customer service and their app, also the watch just doesn't do what it claims. 1. I can't be added as a guardian on my son's watch due to a "known issue" and all Gabb will say is for us to track the issue via an email list. We waited 2 weeks and because of this we missed the return window for Target (30 days, we are 3 days past the window and they are offering NO flexibility, thanks a lot Target - this is absolutely the last time I buy something like this from them). We can't use the watch because of this because I'm the main person who could help my son if he needed to call us, not my husband. 2. the GPS is not working well. It takes 3 hours to get the notification that our son left the area. Short story: Avoid this product. Total waste of time and money. And seriously think twice before buying something like this from Target. Buy direct from the company so that they are the ones that have to deal with returns and super angry customers.

Broke in 3 days. It literally worked. Watch never charged correctly from day 1. Customer service kept trying DIY solutions (I.e. charge for 24 hours then hold power button. If that doesn’t work, try this …. Etc.) Battery swelled and watch face started to separate. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service only to be told that I need to add $5 per month and pay $40 to replace OR $90 plus tax to cancel.

Got this for my daughter and with one a month it crashed. Tried to restore to factory reset and it would not work. After reading reviews, this is a common problem and we will be returning this.

We've had the Gabb watch for 2 years now, and just upgraded to the watch 3e. I use these watches every day, my kids have so many after school programs and it's nice being able to get a hold of them any time of day even during school without giving them access to the Internet

We're huge fans of the Gabb Watch!
We're huge fans of the Gabb Watch. It has provided increased freedom for my son. This increased freedom has helped him mature more and take on more responsibility - it’s been incredible to see his development and growth. Giving him additional trust has benefited him immensely. Because he had the watch he could start riding his bike home from school and started a neighborhood biking/walking group which has been SO good for our kids. He’s also been able to run errands in stores - which has allowed him to figure out how to ask workers for help or directions, how to pay for a loaf of bread or milk, and has given him an increased measure of responsibility. We live in an age where lots of children aren’t given the opportunity to grow up. They don’t really have to the freedom problem solve and mature. However, having a method of contacting my son has allowed me to take a step back and give him the increased freedom to grow and mature, and it’s been SO wonderful to watch!

LOVE the update to the changing cable! That was the only thing we did not like about our last Gabb watch and now it has been fixed! My son was also excited about a new game on the watch, but I love that it has time limits.

My son was so excited to have his very own smart watch like mom and dad. This watch was pretty simple to set up, had a little issue with the address. Customer service was able to assist with that. There is a free month of service right now for the holiday which is great. There are three plan tiers, no contract or contract. The plans are pretty affordable and you can create your own phone number for the watch. You’re able to program contacts, send texts it has GPS tracking which is great when you are out. There are different preloaded apps such asfor exercise tracking, daily task list, virtual pet and so much more. It comes with a small magnetic charger, same as the Apple Watch. This thing is pretty cool and as I said my son is beyond happy!

I do like the watch my son loves it too it's very light weight the screen is very tough my son played with it while having it on his wrist at the park he even fell a few times, wore it to football practice unintentionally and it is literally still in one piece. The band on the watch is very good quality my family thought I had purchased him an apple watch I recommend this watch to parents as well

This upgraded watch 3e is awesome! It’s sleeker than the gabb watch 2 and still has plenty of durability! My kids really like to watch bands and new backgrounds. I love using the zone feature to keep track of the kids. The set up instructions are easy to follow!
