I often feel sick after taking vitamins but these didn't give me that effect. I felt like I had a bit more pep in my step while taking them. I would definitely purchase these in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have been taking these vitamins since i was able to sample this brand. they come in a pill form and you only take one a day. the flavoring isn’t too bad, but they will stick to your mouth if it is dry and that is when you really taste the pill but nothing too yucky. i do feel good, but i do like the vitamins that i currently buy now but at least know if i ever had to switch over i know what i am getting myself into, but long story short i do feel amazing when taking these vitamins and i always take them w/ a meal just in case i get sick.

I had vitamin deficiency before I start taking these and after I believe that my vitamin levels are back up to where they should be. They do not have a taste to them. they are easy to swallow for me. I would definitely purchase this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color of the box packaging it really draws me in. I think this is a great multi vitamin it has everything you need. The only thing that could make it better is if it had protein supplement in it. One of the things I really like is the size of it & the fact that it’s a capsule. A lot of times vitamins especially multis are HUGE horse pills and I can’t do it so i just go without. I have cancer, I’m anemic and vitamin deficient so I used to do B12 injections because I can’t swallow the huge pills. When I was a kid someone tried to force me to take a handful of 7-9 different supplements all at once and they were all very big especially for a kid so I always ended up gagging and choking then getting yelled at for being “dramatic” so big pills are a trigger for me. When I saw these I was very happy. I think these are a must have for any women that need to make sure they get all their nutrients.

I haven't felt any effectiveness of it. Maybe I just haven't noticed. The pills are kind of large, and they have no taste to them at all. But they do smell terrible. The packaging is normal. Packaging nothing special. Will I be repurchasing these again? No, I will not.

For me the size of the pill isn’t great, so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who has struggles swallowing larger pills/capsules. It isn’t small, so I know some won’t like that. I don’t mind it. It didn’t mess with my stomach, so that’s a plus. I guess it works like other vitamins. I probably won’t get it again because it’s a capsule, but if it was my only choice, I wouldn’t not buy it. So if you like capsules, you’d like this one.
