GE Household Lighting Cync Full Color A19 + Wire-Free Dimmer Switch Bundle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive never experienced or used color-changing, remote-control bulbs before, figured what better time than the present to give it a shot. I downloaded the GE CYNC app on my iPhone and put a bulb in my bed side lamp. After some trials & tribulations (wi-fi, trying to recognize the bulb, reset, etc.) and looking for help online, I finally got both bed side lamps set up with these GE bulbs. Wow! A full rainbow spectrum of gorgeous colors to choose from the app (which is kind of buggy to be honest). The candlelight preset is clutch for entertaining my lady friends or just trying to get some sleep.

The dimmer is built of fine quality material and doesn’t feel cheaply made or produced. The app is very user friendly and I honestly feel like they couldn’t have made it any better. The lighting that the bulb offers is powerful but yet not over stimulating if that makes sense. I’m very sensitive to strong lightening. I really love the dimmer to help tame it down to just th perfect level!! Overall I’m so very satisfied. I love it so much! Id highly recommend to anyone in the fence about going to smart bulbs to look into this option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Cync Smart Home Starter Kit with 1 Smart Bulb and Dimmer Switch(that works with Google Assistant and is Bluetooth/Wi-Fi Enabled) a few weeks ago. The setup was a breeze and I was able to sync with my Google Home app. The Smart bulb has nearly every color imaginable and it can be controlled by either the Cync app on my phone or from the Google Home app. This also came with the wireless Dimmer Switch, yes you read that correctly- wireless! It is so simple to set up. Just link the dimmer switch to the app and you can control turning that light on and off. I am very excited about this product and plan on buying more bulbs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this kit for the our music room to add ambiance, and to also signal when we are recording. The bulb is great. I like that it can display the different white colour temperatures in addition to full rgb colour combinations. The bulb is controlled with the Cync app which allows you to choose colours, brightness, and set scenes. The app has worked well. For the light switch, it's nice that it is wireless and easy to mount. It is paired with the same Cync app. What I found disappointing with the switch is that you can dim the light, but not select scenes or colours. This limitation made it less useful (I ended up using the app most of the time), but may be fine for others. Overall great, and I find the bulb more versatile.

It has a nice touch, and gently light a ring around the switch for a night light. I really love the option to set schedules and APP control easily. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with this smart kit. I will purchase more as continue to integrate smart features into my house. still easily turn the lights on and off without messing them up for how I control them, or getting in the way of the automation I've set up. This performs each of those functions flawlessly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great starter kit to help make your home smart. I had previously set up smart light bulbs, so I found this process to be very easy. The dimmer switch was easy to set up. The dimmer switch can be screwed onto the wall, or you can use the included command strips to attach to your wall. Using the app, you can change the color of the bulb and you can also make it glow warm or cool. It was also quick and easy to set up with my smart assistant so I can use my voice to turn the light on and off. So far this has been a great duo for my home.

The first cool feature is that it allows you to access your lamp using an app. This is great if you don't want to get up to to turn the light on or off. Although, it does come with a little remote that you can move around if you choose not to hang it on the wall. The second cool feature is that it allows you to dim the light to a level you want. Want some romantic mood lighting? Turn that baby down. Lost a contact? Turn that baby up! The last cool feature, which is also my favorite, is all the color options you can choose! It has a handful of preset colors, but it also has a color wheel! So you can essentially pick any color you want from light, dark, purple, red, pink, etc. Will definitely be getting more for other rooms.

Instructions were easy to follow and installations only took a minute or two. The app is user friendly. I love how many different options there are on the app to play around with (dimmer, light colors). The only complaint I have is that I cannot figure out why the light switch itself isn't doing anything when I press any of the buttons. The app is easy to use and I even added google home to it, but I cannot find any information on the light switch itself. Even the instructions that it came with don't specify what the switch itself is supposed to do. I'd still recommend this to others as I got it to use wirelessly anyways, but I wanted to throw it out there about the issues I was having with the light switch itself. Pros: easy installation with app and light bulb, variety of options on the app to dim or change the bulb color, light switch can be screwed into the wall or it also comes with adhesive double sided tape, can sync with your google home or alexa Cons: light switch isn't doing anything

I wanted something simple that I didn't have to use wires. This is the best it works just like a regular light switch would but better. It is so simple to install and set up. You put the light bulb in to your lamp then you download the app on your phone. It will prompted you from there on what to do it connects right to your app. Then for the switch it's the same app to set it up. You can dim your lights or make them brighter. You can change the color of the bulb to any color you want. It has every color you could possibly think of. It also has some that I already in there like the warm, sunlight and other ones. You change the color of the bulb from your app. The switch is simple to put up cause you don't even have to install it you can put it anywhere you please and they give you screws or the double sided sticky tape to hang it with. This Cync Smart Home Starter Kit with 1 Smart Bulb and Dimmer Switch is definitely going to be my go to switch if I need a light switch in a room.

You can also change the colors to anything you want from the app as well. Setup took only 5 minutes and I never had any issues after. I would recommend this to anyone and will be purchasing again.
