Very smooth consistency. Easy to drizzle over treats and great taste! I add a little bit of coconut oil to get it a bit smoother lol but overall by far my fave!

The taste of this chocolate is so delicious. The freshness and the smell will keep you wanting more!! When you melt it the melting is so smooth like silk which shows the right amount of consistency and texture. You can also decorate it to make it extra special.

My absolute favorite brand of chocolate overall but this specific type is my favorite to use when baking. It melts wonderfully making beautiful desserts like chocolate dipped strawberries and Oreo truffles. The flavor is mouthwatering and it doesn’t leave a weird residue in your mouth like some melting wafers.

These melt so well. They are also delicious! They smell great. The consistency is good just make sure you don’t burn it. The excess drips right off whatever you’re dipping.

I try to maintain a clean-living lifestyle, but when the holidays creep up, I cave for my boys and allow some “ick” ingredients when it comes to Christmas treats… enter this gross white melting chocolate. My adult son absolutely loves white chocolate–covered pretzels at Christmastime. I attempted to make him a clean version, but it wasn’t all that impressive. So, I decided to go the traditional route and bought this white chocolate. Even though I followed the directions precisely, it didn’t melt consistently or smoothly. Instead of dousing the pretzels in the chocolate, I ended up lightly drizzling them. My son loved them, of course. Personally, I think the white chocolate tastes like plastic or rather, like all the artificial junk that’s in it. And I would have to say that some of the grocery store off-brands that I have purchased in the past are 10 times better than this option.

These are wonderful. It’s a higher quality chocolate and all I use for baking and desserts.

I bought these to make football crack for a party. They value is great and do is the packaging. The ingredients are great and these melted smoothly to pour and mix over my ingredients.

Great Chocolate. Only thing I dislike is when I dipped strawberries in this it was a very think layer and almost see through so I had to re dip it again. Other than that amazing chocolate. Taste is great as well

My friends and I used this the other day to make cake pops! As someone who’s not a big fan of white chocolate I thought it was very good. I liked it even better on the cake pops. When melted it can last a little bit as a liquid before it becomes solid again. The package is great because it is resealable so it makes the chocolate fresh inside!

The consistency when melting for chocolate bars and strawberries was nice it had a good flavor and Ghirardelli always has the best chocolate so I buy from them more often

I made chocolate covered strawberries with this product. The ingredients were safe for my daughter with nut allergies but the label did NOT say possible cross contamination so I used it. I am sitting in the ER as my daughter has needed 2 epi-pens so far. I found the website and label do not match. Do NOT use this product if you have nut allergies!
