This is great by itself or for baking projects!
My friends and I used this the other day to make cake pops! As someone who’s not a big fan of white chocolate I thought it was very good. I liked it even better on the cake pops. When melted it can last a little bit as a liquid before it becomes solid again. The package is great because it is resealable so it makes the chocolate fresh inside!

Nut allergies
I made chocolate covered strawberries with this product. The ingredients were safe for my daughter with nut allergies but the label did NOT say possible cross contamination so I used it. I am sitting in the ER as my daughter has needed 2 epi-pens so far. I found the website and label do not match. Do NOT use this product if you have nut allergies!

I love the way the Ghirardelli melting wafers are packaged, it shows different things that can be made. They melt so fast in the microwave, but can be melted as well on the stove top. The flavor of the white chocolate is just sweet enough for fruit and pretzels.

Delicious, Not Very Dark but Yum!
I swear by these for chocolate covered strawberries, they’re perfect for it! So easy to heat in the microwave. That being said, they’re definitely NOT dark chocolate, they taste completely like milk chocolate to me. But I don’t care because they’re delicious and easy to use!
