Ghirardelli Melting Wafers

I swear by these for chocolate covered strawberries, they’re perfect for it! So easy to heat in the microwave. That being said, they’re definitely NOT dark chocolate, they taste completely like milk chocolate to me. But I don’t care because they’re delicious and easy to use!

If you are a true dark chocolate fan , this will be more of a milk chocolate for you . It's very high in sugar , but the quality is good. If you are someone you prefers anything under 12 grams of sugar .

Would give it no stars if I could. Was trying yo buy some white chocolate not sure if this is it. Put in microwave for 10 seconds, then 10 more etc til it ended up burning and never melted.

Excellent! Only use Ghirardelli for my baking. It is the best in my opinion. In particular, I made White Chocolate Cranberry/Pecan Bark and it was excellent with the use of this brand of Melting Chocolate.

i used these wafers to make mango yogurt clusters and they are delicious! i followed the instructions & poured them on top of my mango yogurt clusters (as opposed to dipping since the yogurt clusters are frozen & would harden the entire chocolate mixture if dipped). they taste delicious mixed with matcha powder as well!
