GoFit® GoBall Targeted Massage Ball in Green

I have used this pain relief ball for several years now to get the knots out of my upper back. It works perfectly for me!

You need patience when using this but this helped eliminate my upper back pain and headaches.

This is much easier to use than tennis balls!! Great for back area, legs, etc. would recommend buying.

Great product . Very effective if you learn how to use it . Can relieve pain and tightness in muscle and tendons .

Really like this product. I was using something similar at my chiropractor's office, but I find this ball massager to be much better. If you have any pains in your back or neck, I recomment getting this product to work out the knots.

I have a trigger point cane that works OK, but with this you can really put some focal pressure where it's needed. Sturdy, should last pretty much forever.

So glad I made the purchase ! Still working on relieving sciatica pain. Just sit on floor & move your butt! Do it daily ! Relief!

In addition to chiropractic care, this is a great product. Use the large ball for general massage and the small ball for specific trigger point relief.

Nothing beats a good deep tissue massage but in a pinch, this will do.I use the GoFit GoBall just about every morning before BJJ class and sometimes in between.I'm almost 6'2" and I find the the rope length adequate enough to reach just about every part of my back.I recommend for this product to be used against the floor, or a brick or concrete wall. It has not happened to me but in feel that if I lean agaisnt a sheetrock wall, it may leave a dent.I have nothing negative to say about the GoFit GoBall. Other than I wish it came in different colors.

I often get tightness and knots between my shoulders. This lets me put the massage ball right on the spot! Worth every penny.

BEST PURCHASE EVER! This may be the best purchase I've ever made. My muscles get so tense from work, I have knots that make my arms and legs go numb. This ball is a miracle. It's the perfect hardness, and has a rubber grip surface that keeps it in place while I push against the wall. I can hear my knots being worked out...it hurts so good! My masseuse is going to be thrilled!

Amazing product with the additional string you can place the product where you need it for the hard-to-reach places. Was recommended by my chiropractor and masseuse many coworkers are borrowing it and love it too.

Just the right size and hardness for my muscle knots - am actually having much longer periods between knots reforming and so works much better than the massage balls I used to use.

Very useful in massaging knots which are difficult to get to on my back. Husband seems to like it too although he's afraid he will push through the wall. He's a big guy. So we need to find a place where he can press as hard as he needs to, floor maybe?

This has been a Godsend for working out some long-time painful kinks in my shoulder and hips.I spend 30-60 hours a week on my feet pulling beer, lifting kegs, crouching in three compartment sinks, slamming ice and occasionally coming over a bar to escort uncooperative 260lb men by the scruff and sending them to other watering holes.Then I box and lift weights four days a week.And, when I have enough energy left over, I am in the middle of remodeling my condo.At the end of it all, I run my body into the ground and this little little trigger-point device is a wonderful addition to keeping myself healthy.My only gripe is that the cord is a little short for accurately positioning it below shoulder-level.

I wish I had invented this idea because I have spent a lot of money on lacrosse balls, tennis balls, massage balls, etc. only to end up frustrated when it slips out from under me when trying to release my shoulder muscles against a wall. This product solves that problem! Love it.
