GREAT QUALITY These bands are GREAT!!!!!! I use them everyday for different workouts. I have the 100 LB, 90 LB, 80 LB and 70 LB bands. Very beneficial. My body has changed for the better since using them. I'm 235lb and 6'7". I dont need to be in the gym. The bands ARE MY GYM!!!!! Add some cardio to the workouts and watch your body really change for the better

The resistance"was inconsistent and obviously not in line with their rating. I just purchased 50 and 60 lb. GoFit tubes to add to my others, they arrived today, and it was immediately obvious that I should have stuck with the proven brand. The quality is apparent, the resistance is much better, and I look forward to being a return customer down the road.

An excellent product for working out with resistance bands.

This resistance tube is helping me get back into fitness after spending several weeks in hospital.

Power tubes are a great way, in these lockdown times, to easily stretch and strengthen at home. A simple door anchor to attach the tube and anyone can learn basic training without a gym for a whole body workout. Paired with a few light weights and you'll be fit in no time.

I used this band with handles to do seated rows and with someone holding it behind you while you are on your back, you can get a better lay pull down than at the gym. Lots of great options with the 100 lb resistance band.

These are high quality, and have become my go to bands. The latex is thicker and higher quality than my first set of bands, the attachments are built very sturdy, like they’re madE for a commercial gym, and they are durable. My only wish is for a 10lb band, these stack so well a 10 lb option would be great.

Great band. I already have the handles so even better lol. Be creative in to get a great workout. Great for chest, arm, back and shoulder workout. If you have a workout bench, it would be even better to utilize with

I have purchased multiple bands ranging from 20-100 lbs of resistance and have found them to excellent. I have been training for 30 years and find these bands to be a great alternative to the gym when needed or just for a change. Also with the recent health concerns and gym closings these bands have been a savior for training without needing big bulky equipment. And the customer service department was excellent on the one issue I have had in the last few years using the bands. I would highly recommend these bands to anyone looking for a good alternative workout to the gym and while traveling.

I incorporate band work with free weights. 61 years old and still lifting 4 days a week. Using ROM on facebook for stretching and rehab. Using Jocko Willink for motivation and discipline. So GO GET SOME!!

I love these bands! I use them to work out when I’m on the road in hotels but also in my home gym!

The product is made well. The rings are very sturdy and using one resistance tubing rather than three or four is very convenient and time-saving. I would recommend this GoFit product.
