I was using this and it worked very well. Then I started itching. This went on for over a year before my dermatologist figured out that’s urea and this product was causing my eczema. I was a misery for a whole year only to find out this product has been discontinued in Europe back in 2005. Why doesn’t your company fix this? Take the urea out there are other ways to make your product absorbed into the skin.

Burning sensation, itchy painful rash
I used this lotion some time ago; it worked well initially, removing the appearance of crepey skin on my hands. After a few uses, I started feeling a burning sensation and reddened skin. I stopped using it and forgot all about it. I started using the product again recently based on my initial results; however, I immediately developed painful hives and red, bumpy, itchy rash and stopped using. I am not prone to allergies and can use most products with no issue. There is something in this formulation that is an allergen. I do not recommend.

Beware!!
Used one bottle and loved it. Used the second bottle that was purchased in a multi pack and I broke out in horrific hives. I am covered in red itchy bumps that won’t go away located in all the spots I apply this lotion. It’s horrible!

I used for several years with good results. The formula has apparently changed. You can add me to the list of women covered in hives wherever it is applied now.

Itchy red rash
Causes very itchy red rash on chest, stomach and inside of elbows. I have given it a couple of tries and it only happens when using this lotion. Had high hopes for my neck and chest!

Itchy rash
I bought this for the first time and everything was OK for about a week and then I started getting an itchy rash on my arms. I have discontinued using your product and the rash has gone away.

Not good for face as advertised!
I bought a 14 oz bottle to apply on face and neck. It was about the third night after washing my face and applying generously, that I woke up with swollen red, itchy skin on eyelids and around my eyes. My neck was red and itched and also around my mouth. I looked awful! What happened? I stopped using and in several weeks it healed with nothing but Vaseline. I just decided to try it again last night and bingo .... the skin around my eyes, mouth and neck were all red, itchy and swollen this morning. It works great on my legs and arms ... but NOT my face!

Goldbond Crepe Erase gave me hives and itchy skin
I used this product and got hives and rashes. Don’t recommend. Taking a long time for the rashes and redness to go away.

Horrible product that causes severe rash
Been using for about a month, and all of a sudden I am now getting a horrible bright red itchy rash on my upper arms. Funny (not funny) thing is, I also get the rash in my arm pit, and I don't even use it there! This stuff is dangerous.

I am going to try and not be over the top with this review but.....the skin on my legs has transformed with regular use of this lotion! The key is regular use - I have always used lotion daily (your skin is your largest organ so treat it nicely). CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS LOTION HIGHLY ENOUGH!

Buyer beware
I purchased to help the skin on my arms. The first application my skin began to itch and turned bright red! I have never had a reaction to skin lotions and don’t have sensitive skin! I don’t know what is in this that caused this reaction, but it was a waste of money! There should be a warning on the label!!!!

Used for a very long time, even set up auto ship. Then suddenly horrible rash on my arms, chest and neck. Thinking it was just me I gave my stockpile to my sister. She started developing a rash on her legs within days. Fortunately for her, she stopped immediately based on my experience. I spent HUNDREDS of dollars seeing a dermatologist and buying expensive prescription lotions. I have stopped using the product and the rash is completely gone. I have used and trusted Gold Bond products for years. They have obviously changed. Shame on them.
