Description

The generous 15.75 inch size can accommodate frozen pizzas and home made pizzas, and it's also great for reheating leftover pizza, too. The perforations thwart moisture from collecting under the dough and creating a soggy crust, while the nonstick coating keeps the dough from sticking to the pan. The result is a perfectly crisp crust every time, while it browns evenly. The pan is made from durable carbon steel that won't warp or twist and has cutting guides along the edges so the pizza can be divided into six equal pieces so everyone gets their share. Short feet molded onto the bottom of the pan keep it raised from the counter when the pizza is done, saving the counter from excess heat or collected moisture. When the pizza is gone, this pan is dishwasher safe, but for longer product life, hand washing is recommended. Thanks to the nonstick coating hand washing is a breeze and even burned on cheese will release easily so the pan is ready for the next pizza night. While this is made for pizza, it would also be great for baking breads and flatbreads.

Q: The instructions on this pan say "do not use utensils with sharp edges", yet clearly show the pizza is sliced, and the pan has cutting guide marks. How does one cut without sharp edges?

A: Hi LisaL, as the instructions suggest you can use a metal spatula to cut your pizza while on the pan, sam can be said for a pizza cutter just be careful of the pressure you use when slicing to avoid scratching the pan for longer lasting results.

On the title, it says it’s carbon steel but as you can see, it doesn’t say it at all on the actual product

I am not one to put a pizza right in the oven rack, but one who does like the crust crispy! And no mess on the oven bottom! This pan, with the holes for cooking, gets the job done! I do recommend sliding the pizza to a cutting board to save the non-stick finish of the pan!

Super flimsy
I was using one had to take out my pizza and the pan bent and the pizza slid onto the bottom of the oven and it took a long time to get it out of the bottom of the oven.

Chemical smell when cooking!
I was so disappointed with this pizza pan. I washed before use, but when cooking a frozen pizza, the pan let off an extremely strong chemical smell, I guess because of the non-stick coating. It did not give much of a crispy crust either. I definitely don't feel safe eating a pizza that cooked on it after that chemical smell it gave off. Not worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pizza pan has been very useful in my kitchen. The size is just right to fit either my home made pizza or frozen pizza from the grocery store. I like the way my pizza cooks/warm up on this pan. I think the wholes on the bottom of the pan prevents the pizza to over warm up/ to burn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Homemade pizza is a Friday staple at my house. I’ve been using a standard nonstick pizza pan and can admit the bottom- especially the middle was never cooked the same as the outside crust. Well that’s not an issue anymore! The good cook pan did just what it said and the crust was crisp on the bottom all throughout the whole pizza. My three girls all agreed it’s time to throw away the old one and use this every pizza night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this pan from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. This pan worked quite well for me. I made a homemade gluten free pizza crust on it and it turned out better than the other homemade crusts I've tried in the past. The air vents let the bottom of the food crisp up nicely, and I'm looking forward to trying the pan to crisp leftovers or frozen food. The nonstick coating allows for super easy cleanup. I am happy to now have this as part of my collection in the kitchen.
