There are cup measures embossed on the containers for easy measuring and portion control. I bought these because they are lighter to transport than my glass dishes on the go but the very first time I used them one of the lids shattered. I'm not a big fan of plastic but had higher hopes for the quality. I've had been experience with reused take out containers.

Seemed fine at first, then after a few washes they either cracked or the covers will not seal properly, don’t waste your money on these.

These containers were nice while they lasted. Only used them a couple of times before the plastic started to break around the edges.

Too flimsy. I needed something more spacious for my kids’ lunches at school than the bento boxes that are popular, but these only lasted them a few uses before they cracked and were useless. Not worth it for kids.

They are a nice size, but if there is something tall like a drum stick it's not going to close. In fact, these containers have such a weak seal. Also if you have any food that has sauce or oils it'll take some detailed cleaning to get it out of the corners. I would recommend something else if these are to be for on the go .
