A: Our scent is created by soaking botanicals, rose petals in this case, in water then cleaning and purifying the water! In the ingredients this is listed as "Naturally-Derived Hydrosol".

A: We have gone through vigorous flushable tests per INDA guidelines (tested in scope by CTP testing, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab), which allows us to be labeled as safe for sewer and septic systems!

Break easily abd thinner so a waste of money
I think they changed the composition to be worse or maybe they skimp on quality for the 4 pack but as at least another reviewer said these shred and tear as you're pulling them out of the container. It's very aggravating and feels wasteful plus you feel cheated because they aren't durable. I do, however, like the scent it smells natural and light plus doesn't give me a headache.

Guess what? These are not flushable. I have been flushing these (single person in a single-person home) for 5 years. Well, just had a sewage issue which ended up costing me 10k which was not covered by any insurance. Needless to say i'll be looking into ways of bringing this to the attantion of Target regarding their falsified advertising.
