Q: How do you clean the inside of the bassinet for spit up or do you recommend any liners that wouldn't present a choking hazard?

A: Thanks for reaching out! The newborn bassinet can be wiped clean with damp cloth, and we don't recommend using any bleach. The playard bassinet can be hand washed with warm water and household soap. We recommend to not submerge it in water and to let it drip dry. We also no not recommend any liners since they have not been safety tested with our products. Hopefully this helps! - The Graco Team

My biggest complaint is a little biased 😅😭
My son used this for a total of like a week. I was a never co sleeper, then I had my son! We wouldn’t sleep a wink otherwise. Anywho, that’s my biased complaint. Here are my real complaints: my son is very tall and this hardly fit him. That led to him liking it less than he already did because he couldn’t stretch out. Meaning the bassinet attachment was used for no time at all. That’s a warning for my tall parents! My other complaint is stains don’t come out easily. However, the changing attachment is so helpful. We use that every single change. We plan to keep him in our room for the recommended time, and this has made that very doable.

Good Value, But Some Limitations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I do like this product and for some people it's probably a good fit. That being said, I have a couple of things that I think buyers should be aware of. 1/ The bassinet and changing table are difficult to take apart to clean. As first time parents with several accidents the first few weeks, we had to take apart the bassinet and changing table multiple times to clean. It's doable, but not fun when watching a newborn. 2/ This one is on me, but... the bassinet is not removable. Almost all other Graco pack 'n plays with a bassinet like this are removable. I know that's likely one of the main reasons it's less expensive than the other models with bassinets. But, if moving the baby around easily is one of your goals, this is likely not the right fit for you. Just spend more $$$ for one with a removable bassinet. 3/ While the changing table is removable, you have to fully remove it once your child is older. Some other models seem to have a changing table that hinges and doesn't have to be fully removed. Overall it's still a good value for the features it does have, just want folks to be aware of the limitations.

It's sturdy design means our toddler won't knock it over. So quick and easy to assemble. Love the changing pad and bassinet features. Mattress that comes with it is well padded and comfortable

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this playard from Stellar Product Testing Panel! It has been such a great addition to our everyday with a 4 month old and toddler. The look of it is so sleek and I was really impressed with the metal bars looking like wood and I like that the colors are neutral. One of my favorite things is the side pocket for diapers and wipes, this is great because I feel that I’m always moving diapers and wipes around depending where I’m changing my daughter and now they are always in one spot. The changing table add on is also so helpful for my back, no bending is such a plus. We use the main playard the most but I do love how you can add the piece to have your child up a bit higher. We use this item all day, everyday. It even fits the tummy time mat I have which is great because my youngest can be entertained while I’m tending to my toddler. It’s so easy to put together and breakdown, I love that it comes with a carrying case as well. I find that it easier to use than any similar product we had before and I think the padding is almost like memory foam so it’s very comfortable. Overall, this is a great product that I love and I see us using everyday as we have been for a very long time.

The best playard on the market
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this playard from the stellar review panel and I have only the best things to say about it. This playard is not only ascetically pleasing, it is also essential for coming home from the hospital. I love this pack n play because of its modern design and luxury cushion padding. It fits the most minimal styles with high end touches like the wooden accents you don’t see on most pack n plays. It is also extremely functional with the changing table built in, the bassinet dome to keep the baby elevated, as well as the full size bassinet for when your baby gets a little bigger. I found this super helpful when I got home from the hospital to have everything I needed to take care of my baby at night in one place, including side pockets for wipes and diapers. The dome even includes hanging toys to engage your newborn in visual stimulation when laying down. It also is very easy to put together and pack up with the travel bag. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a pack n play for your little one.

High Quality Pack n Play with Accessories
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this Graco Pack 'n Play (playard) to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and WOW - I love it! This playard is modern, sleek, and high-quality. I particularly like the wood grain pattern on the corners, the soft neutral colors, the high-quality fabric, and the mattress that is thicker than typical playard mattresses. This playard fits perfectly in my home without being an eyesore. I particularly enjoy the full bassinet insert that zips in. My baby boy is 4 months old, and that insert makes it easy to give him space to be active while also keeping him high enough that I don't have to bend much to get him out. He outgrew the smaller bassinet topper pretty quickly. The changing table topper is great as well, but my full-sized changing table is one room away, so I didn't use this one as much. It would be a lifesaver in homes with multiple levels, though! The playard is great to keep in my living room, and will definitely come in handy when traveling. It's pretty easy to set up and very easy to break down, although it is heavier than other playards. I wish it had wheels on one end, like my older playard does, and I would appreciate a good way to store the changing pad and bassinet toppers in the bag with the rest of the playard. The most unique features I appreciate in this playard are the new safety features - The full bassinet insert zips in rather than just clipping, the mattress can snap in place below the base floor (keeping toddlers from playing with it), and the top attachments are installed very securely. The safety feature designs are thoughtful and a great improvement over playards I've had in the past!

I love this pack and play

It's a grey color and the metal parts have a wood like design on them. Its perfect and will go with any color scheme. I do use it everyday for diaper changes and setting the baby in the bassinet attachment. It's really convenient for me and keeps me from having to bend over all the time, so it's easier on my back. I have the bassinet attachment set up since my baby is three months old and not sitting up. It's awesome! He likes the little toys and it keeps him occupied for a bit while I do other things. The fabric is nice and strong. I find the padding in the bassinet to be soft and comfortable. I think it's better quality than other brands I've used. The diaper changing area has a plastic padding that can be wiped off, which I appreciate. The Graco pack and plays have been the easiest for me and my husband to set up and tear down. The buttons on the side make it much easier than other methods I've seen. I like the addition of the zipper for holding the bassinet in place, it definitely makes it more secure. I'm very happy with it!

Love this Pack n Play!! My baby has had the coziest of naps when traveling to grandmas. It’s very special and sturdy. I love the bassinet and changing station adapter they come in very handy when traveling. It was very easy to assemble and looks nice in any space!

Useful, but…
Easy to build and love the functionality. BUT the bassinet doesn’t have a removable pad so cleaning is VERY hard.

Bassinet not great
Everything is just as described besides the bassinet. The bassinet does not detach from the frame and the hood does not come off, which makes no sense and is just in the way all the time. I wouldn't purchase this of you're planning on using the bassinet. The changing pad and the rest are great.

Great features over other Graco Pack’n Plays!
Everything went together easily except for the bassinet! Couldn’t understand the directions at all - ended up setting it aside & not using it. The changing “table” is very secure with brackets on the sides! A major improvement from other Graco Pack’n Plays that DO NOT have this feature, making them unstable!

Great functionality, poor execution.
Whoever designed it made it darn near impossible to get the bars where they need to go. The instructions tell you to jam the reinforcement bar around bend that almost tear the fabric. Some of the click to connect piece will not in click to disconnect once assembled.

Grandma Loves It!!!
LOVE my new Pack 'n Play with Bassinet and Changing Station. It's at Grandma's house and serves me well. NO issue with the product, but the instructions surely could have been easier to follow. A common problem with a lot of things, not just your product.
