Q: My son is 11 yrs old, 58" tall and 68 lbs. Is this booster able to accommodate him even though he exceeds the height requirements. He is tall and thin. Thanks!

A: Thank you for asking an excellent question! Unfortunately, the maximum height requirement for all Graco car seats is 57 inches. You son maxes out on the height requirements. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause!

Q: Why does this model not have detachable/washable armrest pads? The other Graco model I had did. Are they sold separately, or did you guys decide not to include or bother with them on this model???

Q: Are the arm rests really adjustable? I cannot budge them from the lowest position, with the screw removed and pressing the pair of buttons as instructed.
