Turns out that Green Tea is a Zinc Ionophore, so while the "politically correct Mob" keeps us from getting Hydroxy (another Zinc ionophore), we figured we'd use a very high concentration of green tea to allow the zinc to get inside our cell walls. This Japanese product is organic, so we're hoping it has none of the heavy metals one might find in Red Chinese products.

At the recommendation of my ophthalmologist, I drink Match tea (1tsp) in water every day for my Macular Degeneration. In addition, I take a highly oxidative product called Benagene. My eyes are doing great!

Bland, made with brown rice
Brown rice is the first ingredient and it does not have a strong matcha tea flavor at all, very disappointed. I used 4 teaspoons of matcha and it was still bland, tasted like water. How can something with brown rice as the first ingredient be advertised as ceremonial grade? Gross.
