I brought this in November and used it the same month. It worked perfectly. The rice was soft and delicious. Now here we are in January, and it won’t cook the rice. The buttons don’t work. I press menu to select the rice type or grain and it doesn’t move. It’s very frustrating. I’ve only been able to use this one time. This is disappointing.

This little rice cooker is the perfect tool for cooking rice for my small family. Rice has been perfect every time and it’s so simple and easy clean up. I feel great knowing it’s healthier for my family, too. The steel cut oats had to be run for a second round when I cooked those in the cooker but now I know to put it on a longer setting and it should be great, too.

I bought this item because I am really a fan of their pans. I love the pans so I thought I would give this a try. The only thing I can complain about is the size. I thought it might be bigger. But overall, I am really pleased with the cooker and it's versatility. We cooked Couscous in it and it did a fabulous job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a perfect and compact little rice cooker that takes the difficulty out of making rice. All I did is measure out the rice I want to make, add water, and push the button for the item I'm cooking. It has a feature to keep it warm for a while so I don't need to worry about it turning off and getting cold. Cleaning is super easy and it takes up very little space on my counter. Definitely see myself making rice a lot more in the future now

I’m usually cooking for one to do people at the most and the capacity of this rice cooker is perfect for meals, and even sometimes sometimes leftovers. Is compact an easy to store and looks great on my countertop one to use. It is so easy to use and quick to cook my rice.

The rice cooker was a gift, this is a gift I would have left in the box and re-gift this green life rice cooker to someone else. The buttons do not activate when pressed, way too much thinking for a rice cooker. I make rice for 1 person and this thing has press this and press that. I just want to cook rice. Don't put in brown rice, takes forever!

We were worried about this 2 cup rice cooker, being big enough for our family of four, but so far it has worked great. I really like the east of the buttons and the brown rice setting. I’ve made quinoa and rice and they’ve been excellent. Our last rice cooker had a nonstick surface that was scratched, it’s very comforting to have the ceramic no PFA surface
